Villa Marlin - New Home for the Perfect Family Vacation in the Florida Keys

Spacious house, newly built with a private outdoor pool in the beautiful Florida Keys. This is the perfect location for boating enthusiasts. There is space for both parking and boat trailer, and it is conveniently situated near the exclusive ramp. Breath-taking backyard with all games necessary to guarantee a fun time. House is equipt with all the necessities to feel as if it was your home, both internally and externally.

All rooms have a TV with ESPN + and Netflix. Another TV is placed in the downstairs area to enjoy while in the pool or in the game area.

The ramp is a block away (30-second drive or 1-minute walk), leads to the Gulf of Mexico, and 10 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean.

A pool heater is provided for free for renters during the Winter. Outside pool shower included.

Barbecue gas is provided (always) downstairs to facilitate family time. A Ceramic Komodo grill is also available at all times. Gas propane tank for fire pit are available but must be refilled by guest.

Games included are corn hole, domino table, billiard table, and more. For sunset lovers, bikes are provided for a stroll down beautiful Marathon, Fl.

Gym amenities such as a treadmill, X-climber, and stationary bike are provided as part of the downstairs entertainment.

Cameras are placed outside the home for your safety. No smoking or dogs, please.

Great Spring Break for the Family

We had an amazing stay at Marlin Villa! The home was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and outdoor kitchen/living areas—having an outdoor TV was a huge bonus for watching the NCAA tournament from the pool and movie nights outside. The backyard has a great tropical vibe, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of palm trees that make it feel like a private oasis. Mornings were awesome, starting with sunrise views over coffee on the upstairs patio. The location is perfect—not only is it centrally located for everything in Marathon, but it also makes for easy day trips to Key West or Islamorada. It’s very close to the airport, so if you’re sensitive to noise, that’s something to consider. We didn’t mind the noise and got used to it after a day or so. Communication with the owner, Jonathan, was excellent. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing stay!

Incredible!

The pictures and descriptions do not do this house justice. The outdoor space was amazing and there was something for everyone to do. We loved the outdoor kitchen and had many meals out there. It's an easy drive to Sombrero Beach and lots of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent get away

Everything was excellent very clean. outdoor kitchen and great pool. Inside kitchen bedrooms everything exceptional beautiful house. Everyone enjoyed the stay close to everything. Highly recommend.

Backyard Living!

Our family of 7 stayed for a week on spring break. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and beautiful backyard. Super clean house and everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful home for 5 weeks. I do not have one complaint, and I am very picky about where I stay. It’s beautiful and very clean! The downstairs/pool area is awesome! This house has everything you need.

One word: WOW!!

This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. You need to book to absorb all this house has to offer. The outdoor kitchen area is where we spent 99% of our stay. Between the large island to the pool table it was a great place for the kids to run around and not have to worry about the pool area which is blocked by a fence to help ease the worries of little ones falling in. The back yard is huge and great for the little ones to run off energy and the adults to play cornhole or lay in the hammock. The beds we’re comfortable and all the towels and pool towels were nice to have. There’s a nice big washer and dryer to do any laundry. Had some issues that Jonathan was very quick to respond to and he left us a welcome gift which was a nice surprise. Made some great memories and have talked about coming back.

Family Christmas

We had a fantastic family Christmas with grandparents and 2 adult children, 6 total. The house is in pristine condition just as pictured. Comfortable beds, great covered deck and terrific outdoor living and play space. There are steps to home. Outdoor kitchen and grounds are the best part and just as pictured as well. Private tropical setting. Short drive to Sombrero Beach, Publix, Walgreens, fishing and snorkeling charters. Plenty of towels and 4 beach chairs available. Cooked many meals in outdoor kitchen. Would recommend and stay again.

Great house

Check in was easy. The house is in a neighborhood of what appear to be full-time residents, but no concerns or issues with that. The house is gorgeous. Very clean, nice linens, plenty of towels and beach towels, and lots of hooks and racks to hang wet items. Plenty of room for our family of six. The pool and backyard (which is huge) are great, as is the pool table. Plenty of room for our four teen boys to burn energy. There is a third bathroom (downstairs) which is convenient, especially when hanging out outside. Location is very convenient to everything in Marathon. The owner was quick to respond to a few minor items and overall very easy to work with. Constructive feedback to improve—the kitchen needs additional items—more silverware, mixing bowls, casserole dish (we left one), etc. The pool light turns off at 9:45–would have been nice to have that on a little longer. There are a number of outdoor cameras around the property.

Amazing accommodations

The house was amazing! Pleanty of space for our family (2 adults + 5 teenagers). Lots of entertainment provided! We had no complaints, everything was as expected. Communication with the owner was quick and comfortable. Honestly, no complaints about any of our stay.

Great place for families

Amazing place. Perfect for our 6 adult kids and their significant others. Loved the pool and the outside grill !!! No one wanted to come home.
