I’m sure I could let the other ratings speak for our unit but as I value reviews when I’m considering a purchase or service, I’d like to address your comments. The BeautyRest PressureSmart 11.5” Firm mattress in the bedroom was purchased in May 2022. We chose this highly rated mattress specifically to satisfy all types of sleepers. Additionally, we bought an expensive mattress protector to ensure it stays in great condition. I don’t understand why you’d describe it as old. Unfortunately, we are limited to the double size due to the bedroom dimensions and layout. The Flexsteel sleeper sofa was purchased in 2021 and has a quality queen mattress. I don’t think a sofa bed is ever the same as being on regular, but we’ve had 2 adult family members sleep on ours comfortably. Most vacationers enjoy a balance of dining out and eating at home. We therefore try to satisfy all backgrounds and cooking styles with the gas grill and kitchen tools, cookware, bakeware, appliances and storage. This includes a variety of sizes and materials for pots and pans. Lastly, while maybe not fancy, the Corelle dishes were chosen for design and durability for a rental property and are in good condition. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, updated, well-equipped, comfortable home away from home. For all we offer along with the location and view, I know we have an unbeatable rate. We have made improvements each season based on any feedback and what we’d look for ourselves and I’m sorry your stay wasn’t all you personally wished for.
