Appartement propre de 3 chambres au dernier étage avec cuisine / salle à manger, salon et 1 salle de bain. Équipé de tout le confort de la maison! Occupation maximale de 6 personnes, avec 6 badges de plage inclus. Deux chambres avec lits queen size et une troisième chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. L'espace extérieur comprend une terrasse, des tables de pique-nique, des chaises, un barbecue à gaz Weber, une douche extérieure et un parking pour deux voitures. Garez votre voiture et marchez vers tout, y compris l'Oyster House, Terrace Tavern, Melt Down, California Grill, Howard's, Roberto's, Woody's et Wawa! À seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage! Il y a aussi une plage surveillée de la baie pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. L'eau est calme et pas profonde pour les petits. Téléviseur HDTV 4K de 55 po avec câble et Internet sans fil haute vitesse.

Ce trois chambres côté océan est si propre, mignon et pratique; vous ne voudrez plus partir et vous avez hâte de revenir! Tout est accessible à pied ou à quelques minutes en vélo ou en voiture. La meilleure chose est que vous n'avez pas à traverser le boulevard pour vous rendre à la plage! Bien qu'il y ait une grande plage de la baie gardée à quelques pâtés de maisons. Il est idéal pour les jeunes familles avec de jeunes enfants, car l'eau n'est ni agitée ni profonde et un gardien est en service tous les jours. C'est aussi un endroit idéal pour admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for a family of four. The host was communicative and helpful when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped (very nice to have sharp knives). The bed linens and towels were also nice and fresh. Just note the apartment’s proximity to a bar and restaurant, which made the deck a little noisy in the late afternoon and evenings. (There was no noise from pickleball or the bar inside the apartment.)Overall, we had a great week.

We had a great stay! Place was super clean and conveniently located and it was nice to have designated parking. The stairs ended up not being too bad and having the back deck overlooking the restaurant patio with the live music next door was so nice!

Luke was an amazing host, he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The property was very nice, and in a great location. We enjoyed going to Wawa every morning for coffee & tea. We stayed with three young children and it was very nice to have everything on one level. We had an initial concern with the live music at Terrace Tavern being too loud for our family, but Luke assured us we would be fine, and he was 100% right. The home was very sound proof from one room to the other, and I mean that in the best way possible. We also did not realize there was a Bay side beach down our street on the other side of the Blvd. That was a nice reprieve from the actual beach with three little ones. My only thing to advise (with lugging kids supplies to and from the beach and wanting to be near a lifeguard) is that the beach access on Delaware Ave. does not have a lifeguard, but the access one street over on Maryland Ave. does. Overall our stay was great, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location!

This was a fabulous rental for the week! Sunday-Sunday is amazing because you avoid Saturday traffic. The location is perfect. Midway between beach and bay and short walk to both. The house was simple, clean, comfortable and we felt at home! We had 5 people and it was an ideal size. Wawa right next door was key for my 17 year olds!

Great Location

We absolutely loved staying at Luke’s place, it was clean and a great location. Great proximity to our favorite places like Howard’s and the beach. Also super close to breakfast spots, Acme, and Wawa. You can’t go wrong with that! Bonus areas were the balcony and downstairs BBQ area. We will definitely be returning!

Like living in a dream

Perfectly positioned home between the bay and the ocean, quick ride to the South end of the island to watch the sun set over the wildlife preserve, supermarket is just down the road, owner of the gift shop a few blocks down tells hilarious stories. Nice full kitchen, top of the line washer/dryer, fantastic media center, comfortable bed. Paradise.

Cozy, feels like home, but in an amazing location!

This property was beautiful. So clean, well maintained and perfectly "cozy", just like home. Washer and dryer were a huge plus, nice to pack up clean clothing before our trip back home. Rental is in a great location, close to the beach and the bay. Deck/patio has a great view, nice area for teenagers(pickleball, literally across the street)! There was a mixup with the code for checkin, and Luke very quickly responded to rectify the issue.We had the best 4 day stay. Our family really hopes to return this summer and hopefully even next!

Nice beach house/ apartment

Nice, clean 2nd floor of house. Everything matched website photos. Easy access with code & a key if you want it. Nice tv, big DVD, VHS collection! My husband loved the recliner. Only suggestion, fix bathroom door, it’s easy. Would stay there again only might be hot in summer months.

Winter on the Island

Well equipped kitchen, terrific Roku-centric media center, strong wifi signal, awesome new washer & dryer, quick walks to the beach and the bay to see the sunrises and the sunsets, which for some reason are most awesome around the first of the year. Feel very fortunate for the opportunity to stay here.

LBI Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation rental very much. The house was clean, and landlord very responsive. Our house had a convenient location and within walking distance for many ventures. The only thing that was undesirable was our view from the outside deck.

Great location and owner

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location where you could walk for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Most importantly you can walk back and forth to the beach all day long. Luke communicated well and let us know he was always accessible if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again.
