Venez être notre invité dans notre rénové, parfait pour la famille conviviale 2 chambres 1 salle de bain pour vos vacances à la plage! Comme on peut le voir sur la chasse aux bonnes affaires sur le front de mer de HGTV!
Superbes vues sur le magnifique golfe! Marcher directement à la plage de notre condo au 2ème étage! Vraiment! Nous sommes droits sur la plage, et l'expérience du beau sable blanc! La piscine est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée au soleil. L'emplacement a des hausses minimales minimes, de sorte que votre vue et la plage sont moins fréquentées. Excellent emplacement pour se détendre et se détendre de votre agitation quotidienne! À quelques minutes de la bande principale de restaurants et de divertissements.

Le condo comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et tous vos équipements de base dans notre unité confortable. La chambre principale a un lit queen. Dans la chambre d'amis, il y a un lit double sur lit superposé. Il y a aussi un canapé pliant pour les invités supplémentaires. Lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et laveuse et sécheuse empilables pour votre commodité! Les appareils tels que le mélangeur, la mijoteuse et la cafetière sont tous là pour vous. Vous aurez un sac de glace gratuit qui vous attend à votre arrivée. 1 place de parking attribuée gratuite est incluse. Wagon de plage, 2 chaises de plage, parasol et des jouets de sable sont à votre disposition.

Probably the cleanest most comfortable place we have stayed. Right on the beach with chairs and supplies included. Host was responsive and beach was much less busy than farther east! We loved it and would stay again

Loved location!!

Loved how close we were to the beach and other amenities. Beach was beautiful and unit was just right for what we needed. I am looking forward to our next stay and the renovations! Owners were really great about getting us lots of info on things to do and what was needed from us.

Our family of 5 had a great time at this particular beach location. It was family friendly, not incredibly crowded, peaceful and comfortable. This specific condo was very clean, modern, and had everything you could want while in a home away from home.

Perfect Beach Stay

Very clean, comfortable beds and Jami could not have been more accommodating. Met our very need and checked on us because of the weather. Would stay again at any place she owns. You won’t be disappointed. Right on the beach, but you must be able to climb a few stairs.

Perfect on the beach condo

There is so much positive things to say about this property, great location right on beach front and across from convenient shop, the condo itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed! The beds were all extremely comfortable, the local was a safe location, also has a pool for condos. The condo owner had great communication and was super fast with reply’s, the housekeeper for condo was very thorough and provided amazing recommendation on a dolphin cruise with The sunny lady at the wharf which I highly recommend everyone do!! Will be staying here again.

Right on the beach

My husband, 11 month old daughter, and myself enjoyed our stay at Jami’s unit. We wanted a quiet, relaxing stay that was right on the beach, and that’s what we got! I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit for guest use, so we didn’t have to pack ours. It was a little bit humid in the unit (turning the air cooler helped a little, but didn’t seem to take it away), but that won’t negatively impact my plan to stay here again next time we are at the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect for a family getaway! Jami did a great job of preparing us for our trip with packing lists and recommendations while in GS. She informed us of check-in/out procedures and expectations while on the property. The condo is tastefully decorated and well-stocked with soft linens, kitchen supplies, and beach toys and chairs. This place was "park and play"! We unloaded, did our scheduled WalMart pick-up, and started having fun. We walked everywhere--beach, pool, S&S Seafood Market, The Beach House restaurant, and Island Ice Cream (what a treat!!). I enjoyed sunrises on the deck watching dolphins swim in the surf. Our kids are ages 9-19, so it can be hard to keep them all happy. They each found a way to indulge in their favorite things while staying at Three20s. We will definitely schedule our next beach trip at Three20s!

Beautiful little getaway

The condo was perfect. It was just the right size and had everything we needed. Loved the decor in it. We loved how close it was to the ocean. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys provided. Owner was very helpful and made sure we had all information and some. Only sad part was we weren't there long enough! Would definitely book again!

Awesome Family Place

This place is great for a family vacation. I was a bit skeptical at first being on the 2nd floor with kids, but you can't hear anything inside or out even when people are walking by. The space is cozy and the decor fits right in with visiting the beach. Communication with management (Jami) was GREAT!! The check in and out process was super simple and the location to all of the things to do is perfect! The best part about this whole trip is that you can walk to the beach in less than a minute and you can sit in chairs at the end of the walkway and enjoy a beach sunrise/sunset! Best family vacation we have had in a LONG time! Great job and we will definitely be back!!

It's one thing to provide clean and comfortable accommodation's, its another to go above and beyond for your guests. This place had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys. it has a grill. Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in a great location, right on the beach. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds comfortable. We appreciated being able to have the beach chairs and sand toys to use. The HEATED pool was also great on the days that were cooler when the kids still wanted to swim. The only thing I would be aware of if staying is that the condo isn’t set up the greatest of you have toddlers as the bedrooms a quite small and finding space for a pack n play is challenging and the only seating available for eating is at the counter. But it was doable and it wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Would definitely recommend if staying in Gulf Shores.

We fell in love with visiting the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for family vacations! We are so excited that we get to have a part in your vacation!
