En entrant dans l'appareil, vos yeux seront immĂ©diatement attirĂ©s par les eaux scintillantes et Ă©meraude des portes du balcon du salon. Une cuisine spacieuse invite les chefs Ă  la maison Ă  prĂ©parer leurs repas prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s avec de nombreuses armoires et un comptoir, ainsi que des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers Frigidaire amĂ©liorïżœïżœs en acier inoxydable. Asked for an early check in , was told it wouldn’t be a problem as no one was checking out and they would call me. No call. Followed up and they said they would call. Still no call.

17th floor views are awesome, the location is convenient & not to congested with traffic, shopping malls & restaurants are quickly accessible.

We come to Sandestin a couple of times a year and usually stay at Westwinds. This unit has been the best yet! Great view of the gulf sunset and mostly private. Updated interior with comfortable beds. Hope to be back next year!☀

Baseball Tournament/family vacation

This condo was on the 17th floor it was gorgeous. We had a few issues with the AC not working, the toilet overflowed and then the garbage disposal wouldn’t work. After calling the property management they had it working immediately. Very great experience we would be back.

Family of 6 vacation!

We had a great vacation at this condo! Everything was very clean. Checking in was convenient. We had beach toys and there were chairs and umbrellas to rent. Locations was perfect and beach access ideal for beach lovers! We will definitely be back!

Check-In

Check-in wasn't as easy as it could have been. I did not get the codes needed for property access until we called them while sitting in the parking lot of the property and the codes that were on the portal were not correct. Also, the wristbands were missing from the room (didn't know we needed them because it wasn't mentioned in the portal.) We were asked by security at the pool about them. However, when we called for assistance the staff was helpful. Overall, we had a great experience.

Thank you for opening your home up. It was a comfy spot and the condo had everything we needed for quality time with family & friends. A few comments to future renters. Highly recommended. Liked the layout. You get afternoon sun on the porch and it’s cozy in the morning with a blanket and coffee. 17th floor so wonderful view on the beach and homes around. They have both a coffee pot and keurig. Washer isn’t the greatest so just be sure to check for stains and or bring pretreatment I didn’t think about this (I have 3 kids so there are many). Beds seemed comfortable, couch very weathered, but had a pullout if needed. Management company had great customer service when we needed to deal with when necessary.

Very nice.

Upon arrival front door lock did not work and had to wait about 45 minutes for a tech to fix the lock. From past reviews this has happened before. The furniture in the family room was worn and needs to be replaced. The view was fantastic and it is located in a very safe area.

Excellent experience - be aware of the pricing. Can be a bit misleading - after all fees are factored in you can expect to pay $100-200 per day more than advertised.

Nice Condo in Sandestin

We come to Sandestin every year. This was our first time in this condo, and it had a great view and was very clean and well kept. It's now one of our favorite condos in the complex. We hope to rent this one again next year!

Beautiful view of beach

Lots of small details missed that would have been helpful to know. Check in details: security guard at check in sent us to another building that we weren't registered with only to send us right back to where we started...all this after an 8 hour car ride with two little kids. Our key pad locked us out for about 30 minutes after we had bought groceries and supper the first evening, and we had no instructions on who to call. We finally got someone to pick up on the 1-800 # guest relations who worked with another person to re-set the code. It was very unfortunate that we had driven so far that day and needed to get cold food items from the store into the condo, along with our hungry, exhausted children, and were unable to walk right in. There needs to be a back up key for the door rather than hoping a random person would pick up on the 1-800 #. During the stay: several items in the condo needed attention, shower knobs tightened, unsure how to work the guest shower head, slow drain in half bath, etc. We contacted the same 1-800 #, and they sent a repair man that afternoon to work on the showers and drains. Repair man, Jamar, was AWESOME! The condo seemed dirty. When searching for toys under the beds, I found an empty water bottle and candy wrappers -- almost as though the cleaning service was not very thorough. We were left with green wrist bands that were needed to get access to the beach and there were no instructions on doing this prior to going down 17 stories w/ two small children and beach items. The bag with the green wrist bands said there were 8 bands inside and fee would be charged if they were not returned -- we counted 7 bands and notified the 1-800 # individual. There was a yellow spot on the floor that we were unsure whether it was sun screen spray or urine. Pros: the resort is beautiful, exclusive. The gate code and beach access code are nice to have and make you feel as though there is some type of security. The beach is super clean. All appliances worked. The Wi-Fi worked. It was quiet. The condo is decorated very well. The 17th floor had only 3 condos. It was a good place for a quick, unplanned Spring Break trip, but we will not be staying here again.

Pretty good

Everything was pretty good but there were a few minor issues. The light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The foldout sofa bed was dirty. Also, the water system in the condo has a sensor that looks for leaks or water left running and it automatically shuts off the water. It did this twice while we were there due to a toilet runnning. Not a big deal but just inconvenient to call a 1-800 # at 2 in the morning to report the water being off. Other than that we were good.
