Our thoughtfully designed two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers direct beach access and features a spacious floor-plan, a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized balcony, and unbeatable views of the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

4770 Westwinds features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, generous counter space and island seating for three. Our kitchen is also supplied with all the dinnerware and cookware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. Our stylish dining area offers table seating for six with additional seating in the living area as well as out on the balcony. Designed with comfort in mind, the living space offers plush furnishings, an HDTV, a sleeper sofa and access to a furnished balcony overlooking the glistening gulf.

The primary bedroom is located off the living area and features stunning views of the sand and surf. In addition to gulf views, guests can enjoy a luxurious king bed, an HDTV, access to the balcony, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Our sunny guest bedroom is located near the entry and features floor-to-ceiling windows, two queen beds, and an HDTV. A hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo is conveniently located. #4770 Westwinds offers keyless front door entry, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and a stackable washer/dryer. This unit is on the 8th floor of the building.

Westwinds is situated in one of the most premiere locations in the and offers guests direct access to its beautiful beaches. Westwinds guests can enjoy a seasonally heated community pool, a hot tub, a seasonal tiki bar, an expansive pool deck, cascading waterfalls, and a fitness facility, as well as privately gated parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
