1 mile de la bande, T Mobile Arena & Top Golf avec accĂšs Ă  pied au centre de Thomas et Mack et commodĂ©ment situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'aĂ©roport sans ĂȘtre sous aucun trafic aĂ©rien. Vous ĂȘtes au milieu de tout avec un bon accĂšs aux autoroutes, la nourriture, les thĂ©Ăątres, les magasins, etc. La maison est en train d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e, comme le montrent les photos, mais elle est complĂštement fonctionnelle et sĂ»re Ă  utiliser. Grand salon avec sectionnel 11 '. 4k 55 "tĂ©lĂ©viseurs partout. Oreillers hypoallergĂ©niques et housses de matelas. Lits supplĂ©mentaires disponibles. C’est une propriĂ©tĂ© partagĂ©e dans laquelle je vis. Vous aurez accĂšs Ă  3 chambres et tous les domaines Ă  l'exclusion de mes 2 autres chambres. Je suis parti assez et fais de mon mieux pour rester en dehors de votre chemin afin que vous puissiez faire votre chose

Definitely catfished

House looked nothing like the photos posted on here. There was junk everywhere and when we pulled up there was a trailer of trash in the front yard and used alcohol bottles and cans all through the backyard. Trash can was overflowing with trash. The rooms were so hot because AC was broken. Roaches crawling in the backyard. We went to use the bathroom and there were used loofahs left in the shower. This was definitely a horrific experience and we got stuck here because everything was booked up for the amount of people we had with us.

Short Stay In Las Vegas

The Modern Ranch has a lot of potential. As other reviews have mentioned, Andrew is in the middle of renovating it. What he has done so far is beautiful and we see a lot of potential. It is very close to the Strip. We got to MGM grand in about 10 minute drive. As you can see we went in July and most days were 110 or higher. Access from the highway was very easy. Can't wait to see how all the renovations end.

Beautiful place

As online listing says, the house is under renovation. The work Andrew is doing on the house is amazing. The house looks great (even though some parts are being renovated). Andrew was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. It's a great place in close proximity to the strip.

Me and my family loved staying at this beautiful, comfy home. Andrew has a vision in making any room interesting. He was very nice & his friend “Marc” , who greeted us was Amazing! Neighborhood is good , location is a Plus. We definitely visit this place again! Thank you Andrew & Marc.

As pictured, great space, fabulous host

Space was perfect for our stay, plenty of cozy warm blankets to use when curling up in front of the fireplace on those chilly Vegas nights. Having a kitchen and laundry is always a big plus when in an extended stay. Andrew was a great host and even put up with our constant questions about his renos...we do a lot ourselves and always enjoy talking to others about their projects. Property was convenient to our venue, shopping and of course, The Strip. Hope to stay again next year!

Obwohl der EigentĂŒmer wie in einer WG mit drin wohnt war alles okay

Der EigentĂŒmer selbst war in unseren 3 Tagen dort nur kurz da, glaube 1 Nacht mal. Er ist sehr sympathisch und hat auch wenn er kurz da war nicht gestört. Wir mussten auch keines der 2 Badezimmer mit ihm teilen, was wir befĂŒrchtet hatten. Eines der Badezimmer ist in dem dritten Schlafzimmer(direkt am Wohnzimmer bzw. im hinteren Teil dieses mit zuziehbarer TĂŒr),dies sollte man bei der Planung wer wo schlĂ€ft beachten. Das Haus an sich ist gut ausgestattet und gerade das Wohnzimmer richtig cool gemacht! Pool sieht gut aus, leider wsren wir im Winter. Großer Weber Gasgrill mit Gasanschluss vom Haus, Waschmaschine, Trockner, großer KĂŒhlschrank. In jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher. Also alles in allem, klar weiter zu empfehlen!

Ett toppenboende med pool och allt man kan tÀnkas behöva för vÄr familj pÄ fem pers. Vi kom med bil och det var ett mycket bra lÀge, lÀtt att hitta och bara nÄgra minuters körtid till "stripen". DÄ vi var dÀr bodde Àven hyresvÀrden kvar i huset och han var mycket hjÀlpsam, tillmötesgÄende och gav oss mycket bra information/tips/rÄd om Las Vegas. Mycket rent, snyggt och frÀscht. Decided not to stay here

We arrived at 4:30 pm and the previous family renting the home hadn't left yet. Some of the beds weren't made yet either. We had the keys and were going to head out for dinner. The other family wanted to do that too, but leave their things at the house and come back for them later while we were out. My family was not comfortable with that and the owner of the home had left already. I called the owner and he didn't seem willing to do anything about it. We left and stayed in a hotel. Not cool.

Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed my stay here. We shared the condo with Drew and he was very professional and attentive. We felt welcomed and at home. The property itself is beautiful. Very clean and organized. I'd definitely stay here again. He's still renovating the property so, I know that it will be even more beautiful as it's already gorgeous.

Enjoyed having a kitchen and a warm & inviting living room for our stay! The rooms aren't very insulated so you do hear some noise from neighbors, but it's not terribly bothersome. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice, the owner took great care of his place and left us with anything we needed! Greatly appreciate it and enjoyed our stay.

Just what I needed

This property provided just what I was looking for. I needed a place that was close to the airport and very accessible for my elderly parents. There is plenty of room for larger groups and the back patio looked very inviting, but we did not use it. The owner has upgraded the property very nicely and is continuing to make improvements.

I'm a Washington state native and wanted to spend more time in the sun.
I chose this property specifically because of it's location and layout. I love how close it is to the airport for travel since I fly a lot and how central it is for enjoying all that Las Vegas has to offer. The layout is really friendly for entertaining and provides a separated sleeping quarters for peace and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, especially considering it's location.

The living room is my favorite thing. I fell in love as soon as I saw it and I've spent my initial focus on remodeling it just the way I like.
