Escapade actualisée et relaxante pour vous et toute votre famille. Belle vue sur l'océan depuis le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine, les balcons et les chambres!
Beaucoup d'espace dans cet immense condo pour que tout le monde soit ensemble ou les enfants peuvent se séparer et monter à l'étage et passer du temps dans la salle familiale à l'étage qui comprend une table de baby-foot, une télévision et un lecteur DVD.
L'accès à l'océan se fait de l'autre côté de la rue en sortant de l'ascenseur. Il y a beaucoup de stationnement couvert dans le garage situé sous le bâtiment (4 laissez-passer pour cette location).

Perfect! Everything we needed was there. Highly appreciated the accommodation for early check in and departure. It was a blast weekend for our 30th anniversary! Hope to do again soon. Side note: we fished a Gulf Stream charter and got 60lb of fish we needed to store. Love that second refrigerator!

Great location, home, and communication!

Place was set up great for a large group with children and in a great location/view. We had all the amenities we needed and everything was clearly explained/laid out. Renee was a great host and was there to answer any questions we had.

Best Family vacation

Our family of three generations vacations every year together. We loved this place. Stocked with everything you could need and plenty of space for a large family with kids. Beautiful views and so close to the beach. We've already booked it for next year. Thanks Renee and Tom.

Family Trip

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time at this property. It was spacious, clean, beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked compared to many rentals and Renee was always quick to communicate. Having two refrigerators was also very helpful.

Very, very nice condo, accommodating 16 people of all ages. Beautiful views and decks overlooking the beach. A quick and easy walk to the beach. Clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Loved having the 5 bathrooms! Everyone was so happy with this place! Would definitely stay again

Great location

We enjoyed this condo, which is within a very easy walk to the beach. Even though it’s not oceanfront, you could see a nice view of the beach from the balcony. The condo was clean and just as described. Our family of 10 had a great time, and there were plenty of spaces for kids to play, family to eat, and just relax. And the owners are very easy to communicate with. On the few issues we had, like needing more towels, we received quick responses. We look forward to returning next summer!

The condo is very spacious and right across from the beach. Communication was great and Renee is super helpful. It is close to activities and great seafood places too. Everyone had a wonderful week! Two things: the pool is cold, but the kids were fine swimming in it. And you need to bring basic food items needed to cook, like spices, flour, sugar, oil, etc.

This was a beautiful place, clean and had just about everything we needed in the kitchen, only had to buy a whisk but left it there for future use!! Having two refrigerators was a huge bonus, actually 3, because of the wine fridge. There was plenty of space for everyone, while we thought there was a futon according to the site, the couch was just as comfortable for the additional person, probably more than a futon would be. The view from both balconies was beautiful, another huge plus being on the this side of the building on the 4th floor, ocean views. Only a few of us checked out the pool, as it was definitely on the smaller side. Parking was tight, but we could always find a spot. We enjoyed walks and runs every day, don't miss on checking out Cherry Grove Point!!! We would definitely stay again! Owner was always very responsive to our questions, before and during our stay, which we really appreciated!

Perfect Beach Get Away

Building is in a perfect location, only steps away from the beach access, crossing a very quiet, 2-lane street. Unit is perfect--oversized, decorated appropriately (very beachy), stocked with all the furniture, beach supplies, & kitchen gadgets & dishes you would ever need. Renee makes everything so easy from making the reservation to check in to check out & available for questions should any matters arise. We loved the new look of the game room upstairs (it's been a couple of years since we stayed in #404) & ,my great nephews used the huge bean bag as his bed for the entire week. My favorite new items are the wine refrigerator and the "Lifeguard Chairs" on the lower balcony. We also really appreciated the private cart in the king suite to help move our items and our groceries upstairs. We will definitely stay again!.

2023 Sistas Trip in Myrtle Beach

This was my first time ever using any rental vacation property and this did not disappoint. This property accommodated my group party of 13 women perfectly and we did not feel like we were on top of eachother. The views of the beach were spectacular. My only complaint would be the weather as it was rainy and a bit cold during our travel from May 18th thru May 21st. 🙃 but honestly, having a place like this to stay allowed us to do more fun things indoors, playing cards, dancing and just enjoying eachother. Renee, the host was very responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend this unit! 👌 😃

Cherry Grove Villas rm 404

Overall great experience. Great condo in a great location. Only had a problem with 1) beds were terrible. All the beds were very uncomfortable. No one was happy with their bed. 2) owner sent wrong address with door code so we had a hard time finding the condo at first and I couldn’t get a call back from owner to get clarification even thought her voicemail said “will call you back ASAP”. Didn’t hear from her till 3 days later. Other than that we had a great experience.

I’ve been renting this condo out for 4 years, you are only the second guest that couldn’t find it based on the info sheet address I sent you. Did you even print it out? I put the address in Waze and it took me right to the building on their map. Maybe next time you should try using Waze. We will be replacing the beds soon, no one has complained before. You gave me leverage with my husband to replace them. I’ve been wanting to do just that, we will use your payment, isn’t that great?

Cherry Grove Family Vacation 2023

Our whole family, 13 of us, stayed in this lovely condo last week. There was plenty of space for all of us, plenty of room to relax, plus lots of bathrooms! The laundry facilities were very helpful! The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of plates, flatware, and pots and pans. Two refrigerators were definitely a big help! The only thing that would have been helpful would have been more baking sheets, but we had no problem managing with the ones we had. Accessing the beach was very easy, since it’s right across the street and the view was wonderful! There’s so much to see and do in this area, with shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment to do close by. It’s easy to access highways too from this location to get to different areas of Myrtle Beach. All in all, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. I would recommend booking this condo for any large group. I don’t think you will be disappointed!

Perfect vacation for our family!

Our recent stay at this 6-bedroom second-row beach rental was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the moment we had to leave, There was plenty of room for our 5 kids and 9 adults. The cost was perfect for our budget. The location was truly unbeatable. Being just steps away from the sandy shores, we enjoyed the convenience of quick beach access while still reveling in the tranquility and privacy of the second-row setting. The view from the property was good from the 2 different balconies. The furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The open living area was perfect for our large group allowing us to spend quality time together. The kitchen was a great, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and all the necessary utensils. Preparing meals for our family and having a table large enough for our family to sit together was a real bonus. What stood out to us was the property owners dedication to ensuring a seamless vacation experience. They were responsive, friendly, and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable beach getaway at a very reasonable price. We're already counting down the days until we can return.

Great, spacious condo

Communication with owner was prompt & friendly. Setup was perfect for our group of couples & singles. Spacious layout with plenty of areas to spread out for games, reading, watching TV & just relaxing. Loved the 2 balconies and the views were great since the buildings directly across are low. Will definitely stay here again!

Stop Looking - This is It

We didn't want to leave! With plenty of room for 14 guests, and this property was perfect for our family vacation! From comfy beds to cozy seating, we had no complaints (which is an accomplishment for a group that big!). The location of the condo made it easy to walk to the beach and...no sandy cars from loading chairs! Renee was a wonderful host and responded quickly to every question. We're hoping to stay here again next summer! Book it. You won't be disappointed!

What you see on the vrbo is everything And more. Easy access to the beach. Just a very short walk.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much we've already booked for next year's vacation. The kids wished the pool was bigger . But the beach is so close it was fine with me. Having them to furnish lines and towels is a plus for my family. Rooms lots of space. Overall a great place to spend your vacation

Love the location in Cherry Grove - very family oriented. Futch Beach is right across the street.

Great Family oriented area and beach. We are near Myrtle Beach, but Cherry Grove is a great destination all on its own.
Our property is unique because we have lovely outdoor spaces on the balconies. Guests really seem to enjoy sitting outside in the evenings, listening to the waves, having a glass of wine and socializing.
