When arriving at our home, you will be greated by a large covered parking area. We have 4 parking passes waiting on you upstairs in the property

Take one of the two elevators at Cherry Grove Villas up to the 4th floor.

We have a smart lock on our property for a smooth self check in experience.

On the bottom level of our home is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the large kitchen area, and living room. Off the living room area is one of two ocean view balconies with seating.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, another living room area, and access to another ocean view balcony that has two bedrooms attached to the access points.

The house was great for our larger group. The kitchen was well stocked and having 2 fridges was a game changer!! The kitchen is very narrow thought so only one person can walk through there at a time. The house was clean and close very close to the beach as advertised. Would recommend!

Great stay, good views, great bedrooms and plenty of space. Hot tub only intermittently worked but was great when it worked. Not sure why communication seemed to be only automated responses.

Check-in was a breeze; we simply entered the unit with our newly assigned key code. The property was actually available hours before promised. The kitchen had everything we needed including 2 full refrigerator-freezers!

Great rental. Rental was as described and shown in description. Check in and out was efficient. Rental was clean. We had a couple of minor routine repairs and these were addressed quickly. Hope to stay here again.

This property worked great for the wide age range of our family. We had easy access to the beach which was a big plus. I’d definitely use this property again.

Great for a large family

The only reasons I did not give this property a 5 star rating are: the smell of cigarette smoke, a fire alarm that went off when the oven was used, stored blankets that needed to be cleaned and floors that needed to be mopped instead of just swept.

Condo was very spacious and had all the amenities needed. Access to the beach was convenient. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in Cherry Grove

Perfect condo for our family of 9! Beautiful ocean views from dining room, living room and two of the bedrooms. Plenty of space for everyone and we all enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove. Unfortunately the elevators were not working well while we were there so we walked up and down 4 flights of steps numerous times throughout our stay.

Great family atmosphere, and even though across the street, we had an ocean view and a short walk to the beach. We all agreed - that's where we want to vacation next summer!

Fantastic Beach Condo

Condo was incredible! Pictures are extremely accurate and condo exceeded our very discreet standards!! The best was the 2 level balconies looking across the street to the ocean! Our family had a wonderful time! We did not expect this beautiful property! Thank you!! Make sure to bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Elevator could use serviced. Slow to respond most of the time. Annette was THE best host!!

Christmas vacation at Off the Hook house

My stay at Off The Hook was nice . There is lots of room for a few major projects. I initially was booked to stay at another condo due to an inspected situation my family and I had to be moved to a different location. Which was a better for our group. The house was amazing as I said earlier, but there is room for some major changes. Like the furniture in both living spaces on second floor and 3rd floor those couches are dirty and they sit horrible. They are too low to the floor for even a child to get up off of. Beds in most of the bedrooms are either sinking in the middle or if you sit on the bed it coming up from the frame. None of the television worked in any of the bedrooms. The television did work well in both of the living areas, but did not work in the bedrooms. The teenagers were able to enjoy their television in their rooms all because they they were able to connect their game systems to the television in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We did have and issue with the refrigerator and one of the commodes on the 2nd floor. I called the answering service the owner was quick and SwiftUI to get maintenance over to make sure we were taken care of. Unfortunately the maintenance person wasn’t able to fix the issue with bathe television. He told my husband that he didn’t know a lot about fixing the television. He was call back the 2nd day and again wasn’t able to get anything fixed other than the refrigerator which only needed the breaker box tripped and the commode plunged

Just as beautiful as pictures shown

The condo was very clean, updated, accommodating to our party of 14. We had fun staying together. There was enough room to eat together, play games, sit on balcony. Beach was just a short walk across street.

Myrtle Beach 2023

Spacious, nice beach view and convenient parking. Seems more or a high school/college age visitor location. Biggest problem was the condo smelling like smoke or dope. Suited our needs but not a place for our group to use again. Thank you.
