Bienvenue dans notre maison de palissades! Si vous réservez pour 30 jours ou plus, veuillez vous renseigner sur le tarif car il est inexact sur VRBO / Homeaway.

Notre maison de plage est un endroit aussi relaxant que le premier jour de l'été. Tout le monde est heureux dans cet emplacement privilégié de la Mesa: les enfants / adultes se trouvent à quelques pas de la plage, les adultes peuvent préparer leurs repas dans une cuisine entièrement équipée et bien aménagée. Le port, le quai, les magasins, les restaurants et le centre-ville sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. ou agréable balade à vélo pour tous! Si vous voyez ceci sur la liste Craigslist, il est frauduleux et doit être signalé immédiatement.

Nous fournissons tous les extras pour que vous passiez un séjour des plus merveilleux tout en restant dans notre maison sur la plage. Profitez d'une journée à la plage avec tout le matériel dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un moment fabuleux. Enlevez vos sandales et faites cuire du poisson local frais sur le barbecue en plein air.

Si vous êtes à la recherche de la vie à Santa Barbara et de la plongée à la plage, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Cette maison embrasse l'expérience "classique" de la plage de Mesa, est meublée avec goût et se trouve dans un emplacement fantastique. Nous avons des chaises de plage et d’autres cadeaux pour vous aider à faire de votre expérience sur la plage le moment de votre arrivée.

Nice, clean house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the location was great, the management company was very helpful. We appreciated the privacy of the property created by the mature landscaping, too.

Perfect in Paradise

Great location and close to everything in SB. All the local beaches and downtown. We waked through the awesome neighborhood to the beach and preserve. House is very spacious and yard’s were very nice.

Home Away From Home

Repeat booking, this house has treated us very well on our annual work trip. The house is well stocked and well taken care of. The new beds make for great nights sleep. The location is perfect for all that you need to experience in Santa Barbara.

Fabulous, serene comfort near everything

This is a well-equipped and superbly maintained property that exceeded our expectations. It is scrupulously clean with comfortable beds. Importantly, it is walking distance to stores - and a tiny drive to Hendry's Beach and Boathouse restaurant. Worth every penny.

Family house with all amenities

We had everything we needed and more! Large pots and pans made cooking for our large group straightforward, and communication with the hosting agency was clear and helpful.

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a great location as we could walk to the beach, the Douglas preserve, and Mesa Center(Von’s, Starbucks, restaurants). The house was well stocked with amenities . The deck was nice to enjoy the Santa Barbara sun and the office was convenient to fit in some work as needed. We will return.

A slice of heaven

First of all, I love Santa Barbara. And this house was in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The Mesa trails are stunning and the house was comfortable, clean and amazing outdoor space. Highly recommend this property. And the property management company was very responsive and accommodating.

Great neighborhood and location

Positives- house really clean and comfortable Nice linens Great, walkable neighborhood Cons- cleaner showed up at 9:55 and stood outside waiting for us to leave at 10. A 10:00am checkout time is really hard to make work. 11am would be way better.

They do ride shares from other towns and try to be on time to make sure the home has a deep clean in between each guest and that our inspector has time to be by before each stay. 3 weeks wasn't long enough

I stayed here with my dog for 3 weeks. It was the perfect home for us. The enclosed yard was excellent for my dog and me. We loved the proximity to the Douglas Preserve and the beach just below the Preserve. The house is full of light.The home was very well equipped, very clean, comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable. The property management was extremely responsive. I notified them that the hot water heater was leaking. They were there in 5 minutes to see what was wrong and they had a brand new one installed in 3 hours!I would definitely stay here again,

Wij waren op familiebezoek en opgetogen dat we zo dichtbij zo een aangename woning mochten gebruiken. Alles was voorhanden. De woning was ruim met ruime tuin. We konden de wagen gemakkelijk parkeren. En op wandelafstand van de familie en het strand. Hier komen we zeker terug.

Santa Barbara Christmas

We stayed in this home from December 19th through Christmas day. My son and his wife are in the area for a traveling nurse assignment until February. This property worked great for our family of 6. The layout was roomy, especially the two tables and kitchen area. Very functional for games and meals. The long counter near the round table was perfect as a catch all for all the misc that everyone dropped! The beds were comfortable, the office room off the garage came in handy for my husband. He made good use of it for work phone calls away from the hubbub of the house. The kitchen looks small but is actually quite roomy how it opens to the double dining area. We made several dinners for the group without any trouble and had every kitchen utensil we needed. The large table with 8 chairs was perfect for all the game playing we did. (Only downside to that was the metal chairs were tough on our bums after awhile.) The triple sliders gave a nice feeling of openness to the home. I was a bit worried about 1 bathroom shared between my husband and I, my dad and his girlfriend, my 3 grown children and daughter-in-law but it worked just fine. The yard and deck are roomy. We didn't utilize because the weather was so-so but we did use the fire pit one evening and that was a nice touch. There were beach chairs in the garage for our use and we did use them the one nice beach day! The location was great for getting on 101. There is a grocery store not 5 minutes away as well as a drug store. We did not need to contact anyone during our stay so I can't speak to the level of responsiveness during our stay, but I can speak to the communication with Haller Coastal Homes before our stay. They were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Weekend getaway

The Palisades Beach House was perfect for our family. The space is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. You can walk to the beach from the house but I would say it's a bit too far if you have smaller children in tow. Overall it was fantastic!
