My wife and I had a wonderful stay here with our dogs. The location is excellent—close to Montecito’s Lower Village and the beach, while also being an easy and enjoyable bike ride into Santa Barbara. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the property was a comfortable home base for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We were looking for something more comfortable than a typical hotel room. So we searched in VRBO, and found this casita. The photos are lovely, but we were delighted to see that the casita was even more charming in person. We felt at home! Great for 2 couples. The patio area was beautifully landscaped and so peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped. Close to Coast Village Road. We will return!

We had a really wonderful stay at this casita. It was everything I had hoped it would be, clean, private, and very inviting. We are so often let down at rental homes, but this was an exception. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was very comfortable for lounging about, the outdoor patio was excellent with all the gorgeous plantings, and I loved all the antique furnishings that warm up the space. We highly recommend this property and the location could not be more convenient. We appreciate so much it is dog-friendly too as quality dog-friendly rentals are hard to come by. A true gem in gorgeous Montecito.

We loved the Casita! We stayed for almost three weeks and it was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We used the grill and ate on the patio almost every night. The hot tub was an unexpected treat that also got a lot of use from us! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, pot and pans, bakeware, etc. that we needed. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Lynn, for being such a wonderful host!

Montecito Long Weekend Retreat

We had a wonderful time in Montecito and surrounding areas and the Casita was perfect for our needs. Short walk to beach and village shops/restaurants and pet friendly for our dog. We will make this our go to location when visiting Santa Barbara going forward

Loved this beautiful casita!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for short walks to the beach or shops and restaurants. We really liked hanging out in the beautiful courtyard which was very private. The house was very well stocked and comfortable. Looking forward to returning again.

Long Weekend

Long weekend stay in a beautiful part of the world in a casita that is nicely appointed, well located and managed/overseen by the owner. Can't beat that. Our stay was just right. Recommend staying here for anyone.

Wonderful Casita!

This home is beautiful and in a wonderful location for visiting Santa Barbara and Montecito. We could walk to the strip of restaurants in Montecito and getting onto the highway to SB was very fast and parking was super easy! I highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Lynn’s casita. The home is fully stocked with kitchen cooking essentials, spices and coffee! We love the outdoor space with spa and chaise lounge chairs. Also it is an easy walk to Miramar Beach and Montecito Village. This was our second time staying here and highly recommend!!

Girls trip!

Amazing Casita so close to the beach, restaurants, hiking and wine country. Private patio with hot tub was amazing at the end of our long days hiking! Easy walk to the beach with our coffee in the morning. Well equipped kitchen, comfy large sectional couch, and washer/dryer a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Quiet getaway

This lovely cottage is perfect for a secluded getaway just outside Santa Barbara. Perfectly appointed, the house includes a hot tub, gas grill, a patio, and a chef's kitchen. Lynn was a perfect host, and I cant wait to return!

Lynn was an exceptional host. Check-in was easy, everything included in the casita was easy to find. Lynn quickly responded to any questions that came up. The area was great- walking distance to the beach and shops. Our family felt extremely comfortable with baby and small dog. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Perfect Montecito cottage

Everything as advertised and better. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants on Coast Village Rd. Great value for the price and size. Hot tub was fab. Quiet. Excellent communication with owner. Will stay again next year!!

A gem in Montecito - ideal location near Santa Barbara

We loved our stay at the casita. It is comfortable, well equipped and maintained, and in a great location: on a quiet road, close to the beach. Perfect for a family. The check-in instructions were clear. Lynn is a great host - it was easy to communicate with her whenever we had a question. We would love to return whenever we visit the area.

This area of Montecito is very beach oriented. It is a quiet area with many options for any outdoor activity.

We live in a separate home at the end of the driveway which allows for great communication to meet our clients needs.

We also take pride in the cleanliness of the casita as well as the maintaining a beautiful landscape.
