The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. So many amenities! The host was extremely accommodating and had wonderful touches such as leaving snacks and a bottle of wine. The house is an easy 4 minute walk to the beach. The heated pool ( we were there during a cool spell) was a bonus as well as the comfortable backyard. I’ve rented throughout the country and abroad. This was one of my favorites!!

We truly enjoyed our week away from home in this home! The owners were very good with communication and updating us on our stay. The house was clean, stocked with beach towels, and much more. The two refrigerators were very beneficial for 7 of us in the home. The pool area was beautiful. We truly loved the location as well. super clean, owners provided almost everything needed to keep a house running, plenty of soap, shower supplies, kitchen supplies with all spices needed, grill hooked up to gas directly, so no tanks to fill. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect House

The house is was perfect for our first stay on Anna Marie Island. The house was clean, open, and just perfect for our group of 8. The pool felt tropical and secluded. Easy walking distance to the beach was a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect house for a family. This house is so gorgeous on the inside and has a heated pool! The beds were comfy too!! The location was awesome and you couldn’t ask for better house amenities. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a long weekend at an island.

Another great week!

Second time at Unwind Sunshine and hopefully not our last! The home and property are top notch and Cy and Stephanie are gracious hosts, always available and so accommodating. It's easy to hang out at the beautiful pool or take a short walk to the beach.

Great time in AMI again. Weather was perfect! House is completely updated. Pool area so lush and secluded. House even supplied shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom! Excellent location near beach and restaurants. Hosts were great communicators.

Great House.

We loved our stay. Plenty of room and it was stocked with wagon, chairs, and sand toys for kids. Loved the pool. Stephanie was great. Short walk to beach. We would stay here again but it is already rented for next year.

Beautiful home in quiet, central location. House was well equipped for every need, beautifully decorated with gorgeous pool/garden area. We particularly liked the way the house was laid out on one floor. There were only four sharing but there would be more than ample room if a there was a ‘full house’.

Our group of five ladies loved our stay and rarely left the house except to walk to the beach. The house is beautifully appointed with great attention to details. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated all the available kitchen amenities. Stephanie was very available to us if we had questions; she is an attentive host. We will be returning!

As my wife walked around she kept pointing out decorating ideas for us. High end finishes everywhere set this home apart from every other one we have rented. Not a single complaint or wish that something else was included. Definitely would rent again!

A wonderful trip to Anna Maria!

This house was perfect for our vacation with seven adults. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. Every detail was thought of. The private pool was wonderful. We used it everyday. The house is also extremely close to the beautiful beach. The owners were very quick to respond and answer any questions. It was a pleasure to stay in their home! I can’t say enough good things about it! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Great Location!

The house was better than we expected. Vary spacious, quiet, and clean. Pool is amazing. Had a new grill, plus the ice maker in the kitchen was a nice touch. 2 full size refrigerators were nice to have. Heard the word “repeat” many times from our crew. Owner was nice, and let us drop some luggage off early to shuttle to the airport for arriving family members.

Perfect!!

We were impressed from the moment we pulled up to the house. It was exactly as described and just what we needed for our all adult family getaway. Each couple had their own bathroom, which is a huge bonus. The house was very clean and had so many thoughtful touches. We cooked several meals at the house so we were very appreciative of the spices and seasonings in the pantry. The host was super responsive and answered the few questions that I had. We will be returning to Ana Maria Island and would definitely stay at this home again!

After 20+ years in corporate healthcare, I retired early to spend more time with family and serve local charities. During my career, I was blessed to experience some of the finest accommodations in the U.S, so I hold high standards for our beach vacation rental. My husband is a custom home builder in the Tampa Bay area.

We merged our "life experiences" to create a happy place for our family. Our home was custom designed to create a beautiful, relaxing environment that plays to your senses. You can hear the waterfall while napping. The color palette is beachy, yet easy on the eyes. The crisp, airy interior allows you to breathe deep the moment you arrive. This has been our labor of love, and we are thrilled to share it with you. We hope it becomes your happy place too.

The beach! It's the locals' favorite beach area. Two country music stars recently purchased a home next to our beach access area. The gentle sloping ocean floor, sand bar, lack of high rise condos, and quiet neighborhood makes it perfect for families seeking a beach escape to truly unwind.

For fun outings, we are only two houses from the free island trolley stop. Restaurants, clothing boutiques, coffee and ice cream shops are minutes away. You can access downtown Anna Maria, downtown Holmes Beach, and downtown Bradenton Beach, so the location is perfect!

NO STAIRS TO THE POOL - We have a luxury single level home that is built around the private tropical pool. Many homes have flights of stairs to access the pool. You can see family swimming from the living room while watching sports, easily carry meals to the patio for al fresco dining, or the kids can use the bathroom without running up and down the steps. Many guests return year after year due to the layout and neighborhood. It's perfect for a few small families.

OWNER MANAGED - This is a big one. Your experience is ALWAYS our top priority every stay. This is our only vacation rental in AMI, and we work directly with all our guests. We are available 24/7, provide our personal cell phones during your stay, and follow our guests desired level of communication. We love hospitality and sharing our home with wonderful families and friends.

THE GOLDEN RULE - We treat our guests as we would want to be treated. We provide professionally laundered high end linens and clean quilts every stay. We keep our pool heater on MAXIMUM heat throughout the winter. Most homes on the island do not do this. You have full access to adjust the AC to your desired temperature. We use high end mattresses and all the little luxuries you deserve.

LOCATION - AWESOME! Neighborhood is quiet, yet we are next to the trolley. We are near the best beach on the island.

REPEAT VISITORS - We are blessed with many amazing families who visit year after year. We love our repeat guests...many who have become friends!
