Cette unité de coin de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est située à Orange Beach à Phoenix VI. Profitez de la vue sur les plages de sable blanc, le col et le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon privé. La chambre principale a un lit King, 42 pouces TV à écran plat, accÚs au balcon et salle de bain privée avec baignoire à remous, douche séparée et deux lavabos. La 2Úme chambre d'hÎtes dispose de 2 lits Queen et la 3Úme chambre a un lit Queen. Les deux chambres ont également une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accÚs au balcon. Cet établissement propose également une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un lave-linge et un sÚche-linge.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une ßle et une machine à glaçons. Il y a des volets de plantation dans le salon ainsi que des planchers de tuiles.

We really like the location and the condominium Resort. The only bad thing I would say is that they need to update their living room furniture and do some painting on the inside but other than that very nice place.

Enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for our large family. Close and conveniently located to Orange Beach, Perdido key and Gulf shores. So you have lots of options to eat and things to do. Bring towels with you though, there was barely enough for us which forced us to do laundry daily which is a bummer on vacation. The room with the two beds in it could definitely use new mattresses both beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that it was wonderful. Great view from either balcony. You can overlook the beach or overlook the bay which was great! Would choose to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. The big balcony was the highlight. Loved watching the boats go in and out. The condo was very spacious. Will definitely book again.

The Phoenix itself was absolutely amazing! Quick access to the beach and pool. Will definitely stay there again. However, Liquid Life is where my issue lies. My grandfather left a silver necklace on the end table by the couch. I contacted Liquid Life the day we checked out and they said they’d get ahold of housekeeping and then let me know. It took over a week and me calling 8 times, texting once, and messaging on VRBO for them to finally say they did not find it. Very frustrated with the communication of Liquid Life.

Family vacation

Condo was nice great view of ocean.Master bed fitted sheet was dirty look like a urine stain had to wash it.Dryer took to long to dry cloths.snd wooden blind on the balcony door would not close because it was stuck.Everything else was great.One more thing I had left my Dexcom sending under the pillow of the master bedroom.I called liquid Life about it today August 15but haven’t heard back if the cleaning people have found it I really need it back.I will stay there again.

Only one minor complaint otherwise wonderful. There is not a plug between the two beds in the bedroom with two beds. My husband wears a CPAP and needs to have a plug closer to the bed near the bedside table.

Crazy high price for parking

I’ll never stay at another phoenix just because of the extremely expensive price for parking. 53$ per car! Never paid more than 20$ for a parking pass. Only complaint about the condo is the washer and dryer. Extremely loud washer and dryer takes 4 cycles to dry. Everything else was great. Condo was well laid out and comfortable. Pool was great.

Needs updates

Balcony was closed for maintenance and supposed to open up, but didn’t. Refrigerator doors loose, water leaks from bathroom faucet in master when turned on. Microwave makes noise when using and so does laundry dryer. No room in living space due to balcony furniture being stored. This unit shouldn’t have been rented during maintenance. Ruined our entire stay. Property overall is a great place to visit. Pools are wonderful and easy beach access.

Great house

A nice condo but...

This was a nice stay thanks to the balcony and perfect weather. The facility is very nice. The balcony and balcony furniture are the best. Inside the sectional sofa is in need of replacement. We ended up sitting on the dining chairs to watch TV. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced. A few issues: 1. The interior photos are somewhat misleading. It is not as spacious as it appears. Plenty of space - just not as much as the photos seem to show. 2. The master bath is peculiar in its configuration. Very limited towel racks. Shower is 2 large steps up (nowhere for anyone with mobility issues) and has nowhere to place a bar of soap or anything else for that matter. 3. Dryer is unable to fully dry a load of clothes in 1 cycle. 4. Unit needs more towels (including kitchen towels and dishcloths) considering it's capacity. 5. Wifi speed is adequate, but needs better security.
