Perfect Vacation!

We had a lovely spring break vacation at Adagio. This location was ideal for our preteen and teen children. The unit was spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. Our kids loved the pools and beach and we enjoyed the very short walk to the bakery, creamery, and restaurants. This was our first visit to 30A and we hope to return again soon!

Not the best stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself had been updated beyond the pictures online, but we killed two large cockroaches in the condo. We also experienced a group large group of older people who played loud and obnoxious music by the pool all week. One of the older women got drunk and exposed her chest to the entire pool. This was the first time we had a bad experience at the Adagio, but this was pretty rough. Less than ideal for the price. Not a family friendly experience.

Hi Zachary, We at Adagio would like to apologize for the bad experience that you encountered. In the future please let our security at the front gate know if you see any of this behavior. That is why we have security on the property. If no one tells we aren't aware. We aim to keep Adagio a family-friendly vacation resort. We hope to see you back again soon.

Another great stay at Adagio!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year staying at Adagio and the fourth unit we've stayed in. We really liked this unit and enjoyed being on the top floor (definitely quieter). The condo is well equipped and nicely decorated. Our only complaint was that the mattress on the queen-sized bed was not in good shape and uncomfortable for the couple that stayed in that room. Also, we found the communications from Adagio management that were sent before our stay to be very off-putting. Lot's of all caps and highlighted declarations about what we CANNOT DO DURING OUR STAY and WHEN WE CAN CHECK IN and WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARRIVE A MINUTE EARLY. The check in was moved back to 5pm, which is already fairly late. We did get a call letting us know the unit was ready by 3:30 the day of our arrival, but we left later given all the yelling about what happened if we showed up before 5pm. Everyone at Adagio was extremely pleasant, I just did not appreciate the tone of the pre-arrival communications.

Thank you for the feedback! I will review our pre-arrival communication for better tone. This piece was put in place due to a pattern of guests entering before the housekeeping and inspection process was completed which inevitably leads to problems. We want to extend units fully cleaned and inspected for maximum satisfaction and ask that arriving guests please help us in that effort. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise and hope you will come back to see us again.

Very pleased.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and fully stocked. More than most condos we stay in. Great location right on the beach. Pools were clean and had plenty of seating. Close to restaurants. Huge balcony with nice, comfortable furniture. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that would make this unit better is if they included a set of rented chairs and umbrella. There is limited space on the beach due to the private beach right next door. Regardless, we would highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Wonderful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is beautifully appointed and is a very comfortable place to stay. Like the other reviews there isn't a blanket to be found or any extra bath towels. This isnt their fault but Adagio needs to mark the parking spaces for the units as people who arent renting near the lettered condos ar taking up spaces and we often had to park by the entrance, when we were located by the top of D. In addition, I wish that Adagio would figure out how to gradually decline the steps leading to the beach as it is a problem for older people or those who are handicapped.Otherwise it was a great stay.

Family spring break

We enjoyed a spring break trip with our grandkids. Everyone said this was their favorite property of all. Convenient to restaurants and not overcrowded like other spring break destinations. We loved the beach access and heated pool. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Plan to come back early summer!!

Perfect place for our family

The property itself was amazing - huge pool and right on the beach, best of both worlds. Two adults and three kids aged 6/6/9 - it was the perfect place for us. Short walk to restaurants and coffee/donuts/ice cream as well. Highly recommend.

It's beautiful and the view of the pool was spectacular. The unit and property were clean and well-maintained. We had questions about the tv and we were sent someone to help us right away. We are already planning our next trip to the beach and will stay in this unit again! Thanks for a great girls get-away!!
