Située dans une impasse, chemin de terre privé, cette propriété est idéale pour les familles ou pour une semaine tranquille sur la plage. A great location in Eastham

We have visited the Cape for the last 5 years or so and have stayed on the outer side. What a treat to experience low tide on the bay!! Not only were we treated to sunsets over the water just steps away from the cottage, but we were able to walk 1/2 mile from the shore during low tide and still not find water deeper than knee level. The location was great. Close to the bike path, an easy drive to Coast Guard Beach and Ptown. The house was updated, clean, and air-conditioned, The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi easy to access, and it was peaceful and quiet. I would have appreciated a nicer patio space to relax outdoors -- there were weeds growing through the bricks and tons of ants. The outdoor table was nice, but uncomfortable to just sit and relax under the umbrella. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Charming House Close to Beaches

We loved this property! The house was adorable with a side patio area we used often, and as advertised you are literally steps from a private beach and a very short walk to a larger beach. We were thrilled with both the location and the house and thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Loved it!

The home was really clean and updated. We loved being walking distance to two beaches. The low tide here is beautiful and quiet. Really loved our vacation and would highly recommend this home for families.

Great times at Campground!

Perfect place to stay for for a family of 5 or more. The location to Campground beach is perfect.The house was very clean and the check in and check out was easy.

Great location!

Nice place and so close to the beach! Easy walk to Campground beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. A little small for 5 people though (could use more seating in the livingroom). We did enjoy our stay!

Great access to beaches

This is a very comfortable, newly renovated home. Neighbors are very welcoming and friendly. Short walk to bay beach for walking, sitting and sunsets. Short ride to ocean beach and bike trail. The owners were very pleasant and responsive. Great house in a great location.

Great Vacation in this Modern Cape Rental!

This Eastham property provided everything we were looking for... and then some! Having rented other properties within walking distance to bay-side beaches in the past, we were very happy that we could walk to both a private beach at the end of the road, or over to the public Campground Beach which was just a little bit farther. Both beaches are a five minute walk, or less (private beach). During high-tide the private beach is not accessible, but having Campground Beach so close allowed us to avoid tide issues. The house itself is very nicely updated, with everything being new as noted in the description. It's very clear the owners just completed a full renovation of every aspect of the house, inside and out, and they did a great job! All new appliances, granite counters, two full updated baths, central a/c, hardwood floors, and an outdoor shower. If you're looking for a modern, updated Cape rental, you will not be disappointed. We had four adults and two children and there was ample bed space for everyone. While the house is not huge, the space is utilized well, with the main living and kitchen spaces being entirely open. One of the bedrooms is a little tight, but when you're only using it for sleeping, it gets the job done. Lastly, the owners were very responsive and quickly answered any and all questions we had. Overall we were very pleased with our vacation at this property. We will definitely be back if this is available in future seasons.

A lovely cottage in a perfect location.

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. It is pretty sparsely appointed, so bring any favorite kitchen gadgets with, as it is not likely to be there. Jeff was easy to reach and very communicative. Lovely little community two blocks from the beach -- you can't beat It! We look forward to staying there again!
