Condo génial avec une disposition spacieuse sur cette unité de l'extrémité est. Ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour se retrouver entre amis et en famille pour profiter de la vue panoramique unique sur le détroit de Santa Rosa, le golfe du Mexique et la plage de l'île de Navarre. La plage de Navarre a un sable blanc parfait, propre et scintillant, des eaux vert émeraude et la meilleure jetée de pêche de Floride!

Les propriétaires de cette unité ont fait de votre confort une priorité absolue. L'unité a été récemment meublée et décorée avec goût, et est en parfait état. Le condo comprend de nombreux équipements spéciaux tels que la filtration de l'eau de l'unité entière, des meubles haut de gamme, y compris un bureau et un lit king-size avec un surmatelas de luxe dans la chambre principale. Le balcon a des meubles de balcon coûteux et solides, de nombreux sièges pour apprécier la vue de face du golfe et profiter d'un coucher de soleil ou deux. L'unité comprend également des rideaux de blocage légers sur mesure (mise à niveau énorme) et des volets, et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un mélangeur KitchenAid et une grande planche à découper en bloc de boucher.

Chaque chambre a accès à un balcon - le maître au balcon surplombant la terrasse sur la plage, les deux chambres d'hôtes ont chacune un balcon qui donne une vue du lever du soleil sur la chambre est et une vue du coucher du soleil sur la chambre ouest.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Plenty of room and all 6 of us loved the comfortable beds! The condo was as advertised and very convenient to the pool and beach. We will look to return in the future.

Second trip to Navarre

This is the first time the kids stayed at the beach and the second time my husband and I have been to Navarre Beach and also the second time we have stayed in the beach colony condos. It was another amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described with beautiful views out every window. Our kids LOVED their bedroom with separate beds and their own bathroom.. and a tv in their bedroom, that was mind blowing for them. My mother also loved her own room, balcony, and bathroom. The place was clean just as expected, another great experience at these condos. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Florida!

Fantastic condo with amazing views

This is a spacious condo with beautiful views from every room. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom and balcony. We watched dolphins in both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, fishing pier, and restaurants. We all really enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

This unit exceptional! It was super clean & well maintained. The furnishings were in excellent condition and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. I do not have one negative thing to say about this unit or the entire property! 10 out of 10!

Needing some TLC

The Condo needed a little love. Walls are very dingy and marked up. Washing machine worked-ok, But dryer took several 1 hour cycles to dry 4 towels. The pots and pans were very old and random.There was limited silverware so dishwasher had to run often. The furniture seemed a little random. I loved the outside furniture and feel with a little TLC it could be a terrific property.

Thank you for the review. Some of these items we would take care of quickly if you contact us during your stay, sometimes dryer's need venting cleaned or they have other issues, we are prompt to repair. Also, any kitchen items you feel were inadequate or if there was not enough we would of brought out those items that needed replacing or were inadequate in quantity. After the peak season all of our units get a thorough deep clean and updating, during peak season with high volume of renters the units do show some use - we only have 5 hours between renters to have access to get cleaned and ready so some natural deterioration during peak season does occur. Great Condo in Navarre Beach!

This was our first visit to the area but won’t be the last. The condo itself was great in terms of location, comfort and a quiet area. We enjoyed the space/layout. It is in the upper half of a 19-floor building, but all three elevators ran smoothly and quickly during spring break it’s a quiet area - a mix of residents and renters, and quiet hours that were kept well during our visit. I was worried about spring breakers making a lot of noise that would bother our sensory-challenges kids but thankfully this was not the party spot! The dedicated covered parking was great at the condo too. Beach is just an elevator ride away, as is the large pool and tennis/pickleball court. For those always wondering, at time of our stay, there was both a keurig and regular coffee pot to use. There was a blender and kitchen aid stand mixer too. The side by side fridge also made a good amount of ice! We didn’t do much cooking but seemed there was a good amount of gear to do so if desired. The only things I’d ask the management co to do is 1) add more wash cloths - there’s not a lot do you will be doing more laundry 2) a few oversized fluffy blankets as the furniture is leather/gets cold. Otherwise, it was a great stay with comfy beds, great views and a wonderful location.

13A Beach Colony West

The check in process needs lots of improvement. You don't receive the instructions until 10 minutes before check in time. Beach Colony West has a gate so you really need the code prior to that time especially if you are traveling a long distance as I was. When I didn't get the check in information by 15 minutes before time I tried calling but each number that you could select went to an answering machine. On a busy check in day...Saturday...someone needs to be available to answer the phone. I would not use this company again unless they provide more checkin information prior to my arrival date. This unit has several rugs in the entry way, hallway and on the way to the kitchen. None of these rugs is secured with a pad or mat creating a tripping hazard. Also most of the corners are turned up which is another tripping issue. I took all of the rugs up and put them away as I had small children I and could just see one of them falling and breaking their arm on day one of vacation. This unit does not come with chair/umbrella rental. The unit does have 1 umbrella and chairs in the closet but who wants to haul that to the beach every day on vacation. The views from Beach Colony are fantastic as well as the patio is awesome. This unit could use an update on patio furniture as it left something to be desired. I visit Navarre every year on vacation and there are much better units if you rent earlier enough. I would not stay in this unit again and would not recommend Gulf Coast Getaways unless they improve their checkin process.

This review focuses on 10 minutes of their stay, the check in process. Our check in process is specific for several reasons, most notably guests attempting to arrive early and disrupting the cleaning process and preparation process. We have over 1700 separate groups a year and this is the first person to describe the check in process in this manner. I would read over several other reviews before making any determination about how we communicate, treat our guests, and provide timely check in. This unit is priced accordingly, it is not a high end unit (but a very nice unit) and is priced well below the current market. We do not advertise that this comes with beach chair service so the guest knew this information prior to renting the unit. The condo comes with 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for the guest use. Basically, please read other reviews and you can pretty much disregard this review. Gulf Coast Getaways

Family vacation 2022

Me and my husband and my sisters and brother n kaw stayed at this property. It was absolutely beautiful pictures on website match what it was in reality. Clean and very spacious. We would suggest cushions in outside furniture, (little hard on the bottoms) lol but we will definitely be back.

Condo with a great view

Property was well maintained, clean with most everything we needed. The views were amazing. We liked to spend our time on the balcony when we were not at the beach. We saw sting rays, a shark, sea turtles, dolphins and the temperatures were great for our late May trip.

Quiet, beachfront condo

The condo was beautiful, but needs a deep cleaning. An earring dropped off the nightstand and rolled under. It was very clear that no one has cleaned under the furniture. My daughter found a fishing hook in her bed. Luckily, she didn’t get hurt. The beds were extremely comfortable. The decor was nice. I would rent again.

We enjoyed this property. The couple items missing were delivered promptly. Our toilet was loose and leaking but maintenance quickly responded and fixed it. The space is nice and the kitchen is well equipped.
