The unit offers spectacular panoramic views—sunrise, sunset, and the beach are all breathtaking. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics, and the permanent resident next door made for a quiet, restful stay. The location is great for groups, and the beach chair service was excellent.On the downside, the unit was not cleaned to our standards, and the oven door was broken. Also worth noting: the resort places dumpsters directly below the balcony for pickup several times a week, which can create an unpleasant odor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a dreamy seaside vacation! It was truly a relaxing place to reside for a week. There's nothing I enjoy more than sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean while drinking my coffee in the morning. The place was restful and comfortable. The decor was classy & beautiful! I highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation location

This property was in a great location. It was not crowded and very family friendly. The walk to the pool and to the beach were both very short. The condo was very clean and well maintained. My family loved this place and would loved to go back.

Perfect week

We had the best week! Beautiful beach, saw dolphins every day, swam and saw sea turtles, sting rays and plenty of fish. Room was clean, and roomy. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Condo!

My family of 5 and I loved staying at your condo! It felt just like home. It was clean and cozy. The balcony was perfection!! We loved sitting out there, especially loved the rocking chairs. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. We were thankful for all of the beach towels too! It was great having the full size washer and dryer. Thanks for including the daily beach chair service of two chairs and an umbrella. We happily paid the 10 a day to sit in the front row at the ocean. Andy D’s was our favorite restaurant and so close! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

BEACH JOY!

Everyone enjoyed our stay at the beautiful condo. My granddaughter who is 4, did not want to leave because she had so much fun and enjoyed every minute! There was so much room in the condo and it has been well maintained. The property manager, Linda, was a huge help.

VACAY

My family and I stayed here for vacation. This was our first time in Navarre and we loved it. The view from the balcony is great! Even though on the 4th floor, you could not hear anything down below once inside. Helped being a corner unit! Loved having two complimentary beach chairs every day also. The beach is basically steps from the elevator. Overall great stay!

Great view! Easy access to the beach and pool.

Clean condo! Nice furniture. Twin beds could use some tightening and more pillowcases needed for extra pillows. Plenty of seating to host our family dinner. Loved having access to the beach storage room on the ground floor. We will be back!

Home away from home for 35 days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 35 wonderful days in this condo! The pictures and description when we booked it were spot on for what you get when you arrive! It has nice furniture with a beachy feel! All of the bedrooms were nice size, and the furniture was comfortable! The building itself is extremely well taken care of, and the condo was very clean when we arrived! All of our questions and needs were addressed quickly and efficiently! We enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back👍👍

Family vacation 2022

The rental process was smooth. I do feel that dealing with actual owner's is my preference. Rental properties managed by companies and never occupied by owner's are often poorly kept. This was a prime example. The layout of condo was very nice. Elevator's were easy to access. The room desperately needed a deep clean. Walls dirty. Kids feet were filthy walking on floor. Kitchen was not stocked well. No blankets. My son went to Wal-Mart to purchase a blanket. King mattress in second bedroom extremely worn and should have been replaced long ago. Shower heads in second bedroom and twin bedroom were horrible. Comforter on second bedroom bed appeared to have dried blood and was dirty. We felt the price we paid was excessive for this condo. We like Beach Colony and we love Navarre.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Noisy from the floor above sounded like rockets in Afghanistan hitting, oven door springs shot and door falls open, glide rollers on sliding glass door bad and needed a come along to open the door and once the people get your money you can forget getting a response for help. this will be twice that I stay at this facility "First and Last Time"!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in 4A West August 6th-11th. This was a perfect family vacation for me, my husband and 3 children.The unit was clean, rooms were spacious and such a plus the rooms all had attached bathrooms. The view was amazing even from the 4th floor.The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils.. etc)I placed multiple orders from Walmart for groceries and everything else that was needed, there were no issues at all with delivery. You will need to supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap for dishwasher. We were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and 1 garbage bag.The beach chair service is wonderful, make sure you get out early to get your chairs! The beach is not crowded at all, you definitely have some space to yourself. The water is beautiful and the sand is soft and white!The pool area is very clean, we spent a lot of time there as well.The fitness center consists of 2 treadmills, exercise bike, elliptical and dumbbell weights. All equipment was in good condition and clean.Parking space was located right in the front of the parking garage making it very convenient. Carts are located on the ground floor to help with unpacking and getting belongings to the room.I highly recommend going to the pier, we went 3 out of the 5 days we were there. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, sting ray and jellyfish!Windjammers was ok, Andy D’s was a better choice (food, price, service and atmosphere).We have been to many beaches in Florida and this one is a stand out for sure!Side note... customer service was great. Our original booking had to be changed due to cancelled flights. The communication from Navarre Beach Vacations was top notch and they changed the dates of our stay without hesitation and matched the price as well.

Outstanding accommodations

We truly enjoyed our view as well as the condo. It does not get much better than Navarre Beach. The condo had plenty of room and truly loved having a bathroom in each room. We will definitely be re-booking when the time comes next year!

Spacious condo with beautiful views

Condominium was spacious, clean and had beautiful views of the Gulf from den and kitchen area. The balcony was nice and big which we really liked. Huge pool which the kids enjoyed.
