Notre condo est situĂ© au 16Ăšme Ă©tage et privĂ© 3 pile !!! dans une position idĂ©ale donnant sur le golfe, que ce soit depuis le balcon ou Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond dans le salon. PrĂšs de 2.000 mĂštres carrĂ©s. Pieds, le condo est grand et nouvellement meublĂ©.



Services: Notre unité a des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et salle de bains principale, pleine grandeur appareils en acier inoxydable, armoires sur mesure, barre humide avec le fabricant de glace, 55 "TVHD à écran plat dans le salon avec télévision supplémentaires à écran plat dans les chambres. Nous avons aussi un verrou d'entrée sans clé sur la porte d'entrée afin que vous et votre famille / amis ne devez pas suivre les clés pendant votre séjour !!



Salle de lavage a une rondelle pleine grandeur et sÚche-linge. Il y a deux chambres principales avec lits King, la troisiÚme chambre a deux lits Queen et il y a deux canapés-lits dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 12.



Il y a une riviÚre paresseuse, toboggan aquatique, piscine extérieure avec un clÎturé pataugeoire, piscine couverte et chauffée, deux jacuzzis, centre de remise en forme, quatre saunas, et le toit-top des courts de tennis.



Les points de vente Wharf et Tanger à proximité disposent boutiques de classe mondiale, restaurants et divertissements, y compris des concerts en plein air par des artistes de renommée nationale.



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. Ils sont facturĂ©s une fois pour 35 $ par vĂ©hicule. Toute unitĂ© de 3 chambres louĂ©e Ă  Phoenix West garantit que vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à DEUX laissez-passer de stationnement. La rĂ©ception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplĂ©mentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre sĂ©jour. Ne vous attendez pas Ă  pouvoir en acheter un pendant la saison d'Ă©tĂ©.

The pictures are very well taken but looks can be deceiving. The living room and kitchen area is not as large as it appears via pictures. It is probably time for some new beds as they squeak with every toss and turn throughout the night. Bring your own pillows as if they aren’t flat as a pancake they are heavy, old, and stained. Decor could be updated Ice machine in the room was the biggest bonus! Elevators are SLOW, so be patient. Pool and lazy river are perfect for adults and children. All in all the stay was nice. Views are beautiful.

Army wives annual trip

Family vacation

A Great Condo for Family a getaway

The view from the balcony was spectacular. Also the amenities were great to keep everyone entertained in the building. The unit was very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There were enough towels and they were clean. I loved the brain teaser books there. We have noticed the faucet was leaking in the kitchen and emailed to the owner. Within an hour it was fixed. Super fast!The only down side I could say, one if the king bed’s base was really loose and making a lot of noise even when you turn right to left. It should be be changed. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would go back there again.

Great place and location

We had a great time at this location. There was plenty of room and well maintained. It was convenient to all the local amenities with an incredible view of the Gulf. The only negative was that ine of the pull out couch beds was broken. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. Would do it again.
