Sunrise Beach Resort en copropriété, une station balnéaire de luxe. Il offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et est situé dans l'extrémité ouest la plus désirable et à proximité du parc Pier. Un garage gratuit est situé sous le bùtiment. Il y a deux piscines extérieures et la plus grande est chauffée toute l'année. Les enfants apprécieront le champignon et les fontaines sur le pont de la piscine. SERVICE DE PLAGE SAISONNIER (Mars - Octobre)
Le service de plage est inclus pour toutes les réservations entre le 15 mars et le 31 octobre. Cela comprend deux chaises et un parapluie pour l'ensemble de votre séjour de vacances. Le vendeur de la plage charge 45 $ / jour de location, donc cela vous permettra d'économiser plus de 200 $ pour une semaine de séjour.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size avec télévision à écran plat et vue sur le golfe. Salle de bain principale a une baignoire profonde et une douche en verre séparée. La deuxiÚme chambre est équipée d'un lit queen. La troisiÚme chambre a deux jumeaux, parfait pour les enfants.

Great condo and location

Sunrise Beach Resort was just as advertised. Great location, the condo unit we stayed in was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and the check in process and communication with the owner was very easy. The pools were well maintained and very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCB!

We loved the condo and being so close to the beach. Everything was great inside and we could not have asked for a better stay. Pots and pans where in bad shape but other then that several family meal cooked there. Just the right amount of space for all 7 of us.

Everything was great, especially communication with the owner. The only disappointing item was that check in was at 4pm local time and the cleaning crew did not leave until 5:15pm

Location and condo were great!

We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect. The heated pool was awesome and the hot tubs were nice. The workout room was fully equipped with everything needed for a good workout too. Suggestions for owner: leave more than 2 half rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher detergent, and zero coffee filters. These essentials are needed during week long stays. During previous stays at other locations, these were provided. We will be returning, thank you!

Over all we loved our stay ,and would stay again for sure .With that being said the floors were gross like they are being mopped with a dirty mop we couldnt even walk barefooted they felt greasy and made our feet black,also the man who you get umbrellas from is a rude punk thats all i can say about that .Thank you for all the great communication and we will be back Denise Walter and Family

Property was nice overall and the location was great.

This condo was pretty nice overall. The location and parking as well as proximity to the beach were better than we could have asked for. With that being said there were a couple of things that stood out. Our biggest issue was that the doors to the balcony do NOT lock. With have two children under age 5 with one of them being under two, this was a big issue, and if we had the option again we would choose another condo until they’re older. Also, the floors were dirty and the WiFi in the condo was abysmal. However, with that being said the rest of the condo was great overall. Everything was provided to get us going and all needed info was provided prior to check in. The rest of the condo amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, etc...) were a great added bonus.

Sunrise beach resort was what we needed. It had been 3 yrs since we took a vacation. clean, had all the starter supplies like (toiletries, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent ( but I bought a small liquid detergent just because of the frequency of me washing), enough towels for a family of 6 but no beach towels so make sure you bring your own or buy from there the condominium is just 3 min away from Walmart and target or a few local stores that are walking distance. With the unit you get two cheslongs and a beach umbrilla any extra there is a charge. Overall great place and most definitely we will come back to unit 1202 in Sunrise beach resort 🙂

Home away from home

What a FANTASTIC place to stay. Everything you could want in a place that you did not own. If I had to complain about something It would be the 2 chairs in the living room were not comfortable to sit in. And one thing you have no control over is the wait on the elevators during peak times. Otherwise it cannot be beat...PERIOD!

Lamp shades had mold on them. Ran out of hot water. Kitchen sink faucet broken, but the repair person responded very quickly. The washing machine did not agitate. Couch cushions are broken down - extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The apartment did not have any extra blankets.

Get a new mattress

The mattress is the master bedroom needs replaced. The bed itself was noisy, but the mattress was terrible. I almost consider trying the pullout couch to see if it was any better.

Nice place and great location

We really enjoyed our family vacation and stay here. Great location, amazing view from condo of the ocean. The master bed was a little wobbly and squeaky. But, it wasn’t something that we couldn’t deal with. The biggest complaint was the elevator wait time. Everything else was wonderful. Communication with the owners was great and quick!

Great view

Clean and comfortable condo. It is just as pictured. The only thing It needed was maybe new skillets, kitchen towels and dish cloths and that’s just being picky. Having covered parking was amazing. We loved it and would definitely go back!

As previously mentioned in some of the other comments the location is nice. The resort is close to and within walking distance to a few restaurants and just down the road from Pier Park. Maintenance responded quickly when we had an issue with the AC unit. I would have to agree with other’s lists of cons as well. The cleaning service does not do a thorough job. The floors were swept but had not been mopped, base boards around furniture and in the bathrooms were dirty, walls need painting, mattresses were uncomfortable and squeaky, and furniture in the bedrooms and balcony could use updating. While there are plenty of plates and cups/glasses there was not enough silverware for the 6 of us. The skillets need replacing and I would not recommend cooking on them. The balcony door in the master bedroom does not lock. The wait time for the elevators is horrible during peak hours of the day. The unit comes with beach service and this was great. The resort does need to invest in repairing the chairs (broken slats) and replacing the cushions. There were a few days we had cushions with rips in them. I also strongly advise anyone with any allergies to tobacco smoke to consider staying elsewhere. I was under the impression the resort was smoke free, including the balconies, but this was not the case.
