good but needs some updating

The unit was a good location and the beach was wonderful. The pool was nice and clean. My check in instructions were not accurate but it all worked out. I'm also not sure how often the mattress covers get washed because we saw a stain, assumed it was old on the king bed but when we left it had spread and found the cover stained under the sheets. There was also a large about of dust under the bunk beds and open/half eaten candy when we had to get something from under the bed that had fallen. It was kinda gross. The toilet paper hold was coming off the wall in the master bath but that didn't keep us from enjoying the condo. The kitchen was well appointed, and the full laundry was very nice. I don't know if I would stay there on spring break again because the other clientele wasn't the best. I wish every condo owner/renter knew the value of quality sheets.

Great Condo and great beach view

Nice condo, a Wonderful King bed i wanted to take it lol. I love the patio right over the pool and a wonderful beach and pretty water to wake up to see ..Judy was very easy to work with to get everything done and move in was a breeze 👌 im ready to go back already

Great stay and very clean condo unit with amazing views. There was great food within walking distance from the condo as well. Had issue with dryer and she was quick to get them out to fix it. Was my first time using vrob so had little learning curve.

PCB 2024

We vacation in PCB every summer and we love it! We enjoyed the condo and how it was within walking distance of so many things ! Judy was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. Would 100% rent from her again !

Great Location on the Beach

Condo worked well for a family of eight. Easy access to beach and pools. There are many great places to eat and enjoy entertainment near by. Having washer and dryer in condo is a plus.

Spring Break

Condo was very nice and spacious. Spent alot of our time just relaxing at the pool or down at the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area to eat. We really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful room and resort!

Keep your bracelets on in this place they watch it heavily, but we enjoyed everything about this place! Elevators were fine, parking was easy, it wasn’t overly crowded at all, pools hot tubs were great, they have a spot for food and drinks by the pools and hot tubs, my family loved everything. We will definitely stay at this place again!!

Wonderful!

The condo was very clean and spacious. There was everything you may need including beach chairs and toys. The beds slept so good! The view was awesome! Location was great! The beach chairs were just steps away from the steps. The pools and hot tubs were clean and refreshing. We had no issues with our stay and would stay here in this unit and this condo again!

Great place to stay. Looked same as pictures. Great location. Unit had a lot of beach items (shovels, kids toys, tons of boogie boards) which saved us a ton of money! Would stay here again!

Great condo

The condo was very clean. The elevators were hit and miss but the stay was great. There were two chairs on the beach that were complimentary which was nice. You need to get them early if you want front row. The pools were nice and clean. It was a great home away from home.

We had no major complaints of the room itself, but the elevators were horrible
 one was down for 2 days and there were times we waited 30 min for an elevator which was miserable. The room was nice and accommodated our family just fine!

Excellent condo!

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament at Publix Park and Frank Brown Park. The location of the condo was perfect for easy travel to both parks. The condo was also close enough for us to walk to Pier Park several times. The condo was clean and exactly as described and the condo manager was quick to respond to questions I sent by email. We are a party of two adults and two teenagers and had plenty of space to spread out. We loved it!

Great location and everyone is friendly!

The location is exactly like the photos and it's beautiful, The ocean looks and sounds amazing and you can see dolphins if you look long and hard enough. Sharky's is walking distance and some of the best food in PCB. The room is very nice and you can't hear the other people staying above and beside you.
