Le condo 502W en bord de mer du complexe AquaVista est au 5Úme étage et en fait l'un des endroits les plus recherchés pour vos vacances à la plage. Il offre deux chambres, deux salles de bains, salle à manger, cuisine et salon. Profitez de la vue magnifique sur la plage et le golfe, ainsi que le coucher du soleil depuis le balcon spécieux.
AquaVista se compose de deux tours de huit étages offrant une densité inférieure par rapport à d'autres condos de grande hauteur en PCB. Cette configuration offre une expérience de plage moins fréquentée.
C'est le favori de la famille regorge de commoditĂ©s Ă  gogo. À seulement un mile des commerces et divertissements de Pier Park.

AquaVista Resort est idéalement situé en face de l'épicerie Winn Dixie et de la pharmacie CVS. Il y a aussi le Panama Pizza Restaurant, Hungry Howies et Domino Pizza.

Great Stay!

Sladjana offered a clean, well-apportioned stay. Great location on a much quieter end of the beach. Beach was never busy. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Excellent place to stay!

Property was excellent! It was clean, nice and close to everything that you would need. The owner/host was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here to family and friends and we will most definitely come back again.

The stay overall was good. First night hallway bathroom faucet did not work. It was fixed after contacting our host. The condo was clean and comfortable. The TV remotes were difficult to maneuver.

Great Beach getaway

Nice clean unit right on the beach. Check in was very easy. Loved the location. It was a short drive to Pier Park but far enough away that your not in the craziness. Grocery store is right across the street and very convenient.

New Favorite Vaca Spot

The condo is beautiful and very clean. The view of the ocean was the best part. Not crowded beaches at all. It was just perfect for my family of 4. Keep an eye out for sea turtles. One laid eggs while we were there and o e swam within feet from me on our last day! Best ending of a vacation ever!

Exceeded expectations!

The condo was nice, well decorated, great view from the balcony. So clean and really nice to arrive and come home to. New appliances and nice kitchen amenities, big walk in shower in the master bath felt new and luxurious. Good communication, supportive host. Make sure you print your parking pass ahead of time. We had a really nice time with a week long stay, and the beach access was easy and uncrowded. Five stars all around - only issue we had was other guests smoking on this non smoking property, as well as on the beach, but I'm not sure what anyone could do about it.

Excellent beachfront condo

This is our 4th year at this complex and 2nd with this owner. She is great to work with. Easily reachable and very hospitable. Very clean condo with everything we need. Beautifully updated bathrooms. Highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Snowbird getaway!

Enjoyed our stay, unit was clean and as described. Only reason for 4 rating on cleanliness was due to construction dust from installation of patio doors/windows. Great proximity and easy access to the beach. Conveniently located across the street from Winn Dixie. Disappointed that the hot tub jets were not working and heard that has been the case for three years??? . All in all, we would definitely recommend and will be back. .

Top notch condo

My family and I usually stay in Perdido Key a few times a year, we wanted to meet some friends for a last minute get away in Panama city, I was hesitant because its always so crowded and im not familiar eith the condos. This condo was the perfect slice of paradise. Clean, comfy, accommodating , perfect view and the beach at this condo was not crowded.

4th of July on the beach

Thoroughly enjoyed this beach front unit. Condo was nicely updated with great views. Great PCB location with less crowds on the beach at the resort. We appreciated that beach chair rental was included. Our host was very easy to work with through booking, check in/out, and quickly responding to any questions we had. We would return to this condo in the future.
