Perfect location close to everything and the view was amazing. Place was very clean and beautiful. By far exceeded our expectations. Host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back.

Greg & Kirsten were excellent with communication with all my questions. The condo smelled amazing when we walked in the door, super clean!! The mattresses were so comfy and my kids loved the bunk beds. The view was spectacular and the decor in the condo was up to date and beautiful. I would recommend this condo to family & friends and would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Gulf view from the balcony was beautiful!! Enjoyed the chair service on the beach, it’s a must have. We walked across the street from the condo to eat dinner 3 nights. Seafood, pizza, and Mexican food! It was all great and so convenient. Location was great, amenities were great, definitely recommend staying here:)

We throughly enjoyed our stay as this was our daughter’s first trip to the beach. There were plenty of beach toys and beach chairs and umbrella provided which made for a great day at the beach. Our daughter slept great in the pack and play and mattress provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean. Sleeper sofa could be a little more comfortable. Kitchen had cooking utensils however there may need to be a little more. Greg and Kirsten were very helpful and responsive anytime we had a question. We have no complains about our stay. We would recommend updated listing pictures as there was not as much seating in the living room as was shown.

The beach view of the condo was beautiful and unobstructed. Is located on the fourth floor. The patio made it comfortable to enjoy the beach without having to go down into the sand everyday. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. The resort location was great with restaurants near by and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to make a stay at home meal as well.I would highly recommend staying in this lovely place.

The host was great and let us check in early which was so nice traveling with children. Communication was also great with them. Cons: -My husband had to go to the store to buy us more wash rags and towels because we were only given 2 wash rags and 2 towels for a family of 4. -We killed a roach in the kitchen and the coffee maker was dirty. -This isn’t the host’s fault, but the 3rd & 4th floor(and lobby) smells like sewage. It’s our understanding that Emerald has had a problem with their sewage system for a few months now. They said they were actively working on it, but we didn’t see anything being done. I think after this trip we are done staying at Emerald all together.

Our condo was clean, had everything we needed plus extra touches like beach chairs, floats, etc. You can tell the owner tries to make their guests have everything they need. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the bedroom mattress. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had to leave one day early for personal reasons but we would definitely go back there again. The beach is gorgeous and the pool was very clean. Elevators were a bit of an issue as one out of 4 was not working so it would take a long time to grab an empty elevator.

We very much enjoyed our short stay here! The condo is immaculate & the communication with the host was excellent. We had cool, rainy weather much of the time & we realized when we got down there that our getaway coincided with Bike Week - so here is an endorsement for the fact that you can basically never leave this condo & still have a wonderful time! ;) A few highlights for me were the Starbucks downstairs & the location - being so close to Runaway Island & other restaurants we were able to take a 4 minute walk down the beach for great food & never get back in our truck till we checked out. Highly recommend!
