Centrally located from major attractions: 3min drive Poblado (strip of restaurants, bars souvenir shops and nightclubs) 5mins to Boqueron Beach, 8mins Playa Buye, 20 mins Faro (lighthouse beautiful panoramic view ) & Playa Sucia, 20mins Parguera, 30 mins to Combate Beach and 30-40 mins Mayaguez Zoo. Nearby towns Mayaguez (15mins Mayaguez Mall), RincĂłn, GuĂĄnica.

Enjoy this unique and peaceful location with tropical vibes in a charming Puerto Rican house in the mountains.

Unit 2 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Master Bedroom with queen bed, air conditioner and private walkout balcony overlooking the ocean. 2nd bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and air conditioning. Fully equipped Kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and utensils), BBQ (charcoal), Internet & Smart TV. Beautiful, tropical pool (shared), surrounded by nature.

Gated private parking: One designated parking per unit. Street parking available for additional cars. The unit is on the 2nd floor, accessible via ramp (no stairs).

We’re located in a quiet area, between the mountains and the coast, surrounded by the beauty and sounds of nature. Spend the day at the beaches and attractions, then return to the tranquility of the mountains and enjoy fresh breezes, ocean views, starry skies, and the call of the Puerto Rican coquí.

Vista Bella is a newly constructed three-unit villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Each unit can be booked individually, or the entire villa can be reserved to host up to 16 guests comfortably, ideal for large groups, family gatherings, reunions, and vacations.

I think you need to replace the couch not comfortable and need to have a least coffee,sugar and cream!but the bed are comfortable and the ac,thank you i can be there again

They have so many rules and want to charge for anything not the best. Pool is plastic and they ask you to take the garbage bag. Well why you paid for cleaning services is unacceptable.

Great place in Boqueron

Apartment is a nice, quiet place to stay near Boqueron (about 5-7 minutes drive from the poblano). Great view from the master bedroom's terrace, clean and adequately furnished. Several roosters live nearby but that's fairly typical for this area and there are a couple of steep hills to drive up through to reach the property but you don't need a 4x4 vehicle. I'd come back to it again.

The relatively new above ground pool with very nice wood deck was a key feature for us. It was also maintained regularly. Omar Kouli is a great host and was very responsive.

Excellent location.

Excellent property. Omar just needs to improve a couple of things. 1) Water pressure in my unit was poor. 2) Furniture(futons) in living room should be replaced. 3) Kitchen does not have an oven, for long stays this is very helpful.

Excelente lugar. Las facilidades son buenas, los futones en el ĂĄrea de la sala no son cĂłmodos. La cocina estĂĄ muy bien equipada, los cuartos son espaciosos, con buena iluminaciĂłn natural durante el dĂ­a. El cuarto principal tiene un balcĂłn con una vista panorĂĄmica extraordinaria. Hay una piscina muy buena. La carretera para acceder al ĂĄrea esta un poco deteriorada.

Un poco desepcionada...

Estuve celebrando el Dia de las Madres y el dia de Cumpleaños de mi Santa Madre. Mi madre tiene casi 80 años. Yo tengo Esclerosis Multiple. No tienen facilidades para personas mayores y mucho menos para personas con incapacidades o con limitaciones. El estacionamiento es incomodo y la carretera esta en muy mal estado, al punto que por poco necesitan sacar el carro con una grua. Hubiese apreciado mucho que me comunicaran esos detalles tan importantes. En general la Villa y la vista es hermosa y la dueña fue muy amable. Gracias por todo, les deseo mucho exito en la vida.

Cozy stay in BoquerĂłn

My daughter and I wanted to stay close to the fun in BoquerĂłn and were happy to find how comfy the ocean condo was after a long day at the beach and bars. I woke up the next day and watched a breath taking sunrise on the balcony as my daughter slept in. What was best was meeting the lovely Elena in the morning, who made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed in the tidy and well stocked kitchen and bathroom and are hoping to return to stay the next time we are on the west.

Great place to stay, and view is the best from the top floor balcony.. You could sit there all day and enjoy the views of the ocean, and the cool breeze.Apartment was very clean and Omar was very helpful to make sure we found the place ok and was always available if we had any issues. Will definitely rent from them again in the future when I come back for vacation.

Clean & Comfortable

Visiting family in Cabo Rojo and this was a perfect location for us. The size and cleanliness met my families needs. Wifi was an issue, it’s sporadic at best, and we could not get the cable box to function. Overall great location, comfortable and safe.
