Hi Leighanne, thanks for your review! Please let us know what you would like to see updated. The owner recently updated the hall bathroom and the unit now has a brand new washer/dryer. Thanks again and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - 4 rolls total for this condo - along with a startup supply of trash bags, dish soap and other essentials. We also send a “Things to Bring” list prior to arrival so guests can plan for anything additional their group may need during their stay. We inspect our condos prior to every arrival and did not find sand throughout the floors or furniture during the pre-arrival inspection, but we’ll certainly continue to keep an eye on this. The sofa was also recently professionally steam cleaned. We’re sorry housekeeping entered prior to checkout. They saw the assigned parking space was empty and mistakenly believed the condo had already been vacated. We’ve reminded the team to double-check before entering a unit ahead of the scheduled checkout time. We’re glad to hear the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we hope you otherwise enjoyed the beautiful view, location and easy beach access.

Thank you for taking the time to review Harbor House B2. We are happy to know of your enjoyment! We appreciate the feedback and are delighted you had a wonderful experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach soon!

🌟 Thanks for the great review! 🌟 We’re thrilled you loved the location and found the condo to be perfect for your family. 🏖️✨ It’s wonderful to hear that it was clean and well-equipped for your visit. We appreciate your feedback and wanted to let you know that the office address is included in the check-in directions email. However, we’ll make sure to add it to another spot for even clearer instructions. 🗺️ We’ll also look into the mattress issue i—your comfort is a top priority for us. Thank you for your valuable suggestions, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another fantastic stay!

Hi Cammie, thanks for your review. We are happy to know you enjoyed the location and view! We appreciate the feedback regarding the paint. Please know we must ask a series of questions before dispatching A/C techs to ensure there is an issue.

HI Miranda, we addressed all issues you encountered rapidly. It was unfortunate the the washing machine went out during your stay but it has since been replaced. This is an ultra popular, beach front unit that welcomes return guests year after year. We hope to see you back again soon!

Hi Debbie, the photos don't show a clothes dresser in either of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms will have a closet for clothes/storage. There will be a TV guide located in the condo and on the TV, it is typically located in the Guest Guide binder unless another guest removed it. The balcony furniture is pictured and is made for outdoor beach weather, sorry you found it uncomfortable.

We are glad to know you enjoyed the view! It is pretty great!!
