Great place and super comfortable

Property was light, clean and airy and had everything we wanted. It's across the road from the 2 pools and other leisure facilities and the community is safe. Aldi & Publix short walk away. Very quiet and lovely lanai area overlooking water and fountain.

Comfortable in Florida

Property was perfect for our needs. Close to IMG, close to grocery and restaurants. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Shorewalk development is nice with the pools and clubhouse on property. Would stay here again.

Superb apartment with loads of nice touches.

Beautiful apartment, really well furnished with excellent on site facilities. Loved the thought that has gone into furnishing this apartment, such as providing the use of cool boxes, picnic chairs and umbrella for trips to the beach.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed it. There was one problem but Yvon took care of it immediately. The reason I gave 4 stars is there were tiny bugs throughout the place. I think there should be an exterminator come in before the place is rented.

Very clean. Felt like home. All essential cooking/dishes/dishwasher were there, all were very clean and looked almost new in some cases. Clubhouse was great. Pool water was heated so no issue swimming even when it was cold outside. Yvon answered all questions very promptly so communication with the owner was excellent. Really no complaints, we enjoyed our stay there.

Great for families

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time staying here and it was perfect for our family of four. Spacious and clean, everything we needed was at our disposal, including beach day supplies which were so handy since we flew in and couldn't bring any of that with us. If you're booking here, it would be helpful to bring along some dishwasher and laundry pods. We were provided with 2 dishwasher tabs but having two teenagers that eat all the time, it would have saved us some time at the sink! All in all, a wonderful place to stay! We felt at home and loved the use of the pools, pickleball, and billiards.

Everything you need and more

Beautiful ground floor condo. There are hundreds of condos at the shore walk but we honestly feel like we were in the best one. Right across from all the amenities , pool jacuzzi, clubhouse. Everything is on the same level and the screen porch is a beautiful plus looking out on the lake that’s so relaxing. The kitchen is beautifully updated with nice stainless steel appliances. The master has a king bed that is very comfortable. Having a washer dryer is a plus. If we had an issue the host and his wife tried to immediately resolve it. Great communication. We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others.

Nice room, lots of rules

Pros: The condo is huge for 2 people and well equiped. The kitchen has new appliances. Bed is comfy. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The screened porch is great. Grocery store and restaurants/bars are very close. Cons: The property, in general, has a lot of rules. You can't have alcohol or food by the pools (except for bottled water). You cannot float in the pools. You cannot jump in the pools. You have to schedule use of most ammentities (with exception of pools). It feels like it wants to a 55+ community. The drive to the closest beach is about 20 minutes. There is a ton of traffic.

Property is well maintained but there are a couple of issues that need addressing; toilet in master bath needs a new wax ring and to be re-set (it wobbles). There is evidence water damage to the drywall near the base and just outside the shower stall. Other than that, all was good

We were very pleased with the condo. It was close to the pool, so we were able to walk to it. The Clubhouse manager, Donna, was awesome!! Yvon the property manager was very responsive and pleasant. My only negative comment would be the beds. The mattresses need to be replaced. They were very worn and uncomfortable.

Needs Updating

On the plus side the unit is spacious, view is nice and location is convenient. Kitchen well stocked. Negatives: Desperately needs to be repainted throughout and LR furniture cleaned or replaced. Bathroom tap leaks and tub barely drains. It’s all very 1980s.
