So clean and accommodating!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was so clean, had everything we needed, in the process and owners were so helpful! We plan to be back soon! Highly recommend.

Home away from Home

The apartment was well laid out, and decorated very nicely. Beds were firm and comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. I'd stay here again.

Clean, very comfortable, easy 8 min drive to IMG

Here to watch our son in a soccer tournament- easy 8 min drive to the fields. Condo was clean and comfortable. Close to grocery stores, anne marie island and beaches for when we weren't watching soccer. Pool, hot tubs, tennis courts were great too. It was easy to rent tennis, pickle ball, and shuffleboard equipment.

Great place to stay. Very updated and posting was accurate about description of condo. The only thing is the drive to the beach did take longer due to traffic but that is to be expected. We would recommend this condo and plan to return.

Delightful 5 Day Vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Wonderful location, lovely and very clean apartment. Three televisions and a beautiful view of a pond , graced with a water spout. Quiet and peaceful grounds and a condo manager extremely helpful and attentive. Attending a lacrosse tournament and can’t wait to return next year.

Shorewalk at AMI

We loved staying here! The condo was updated and clean. Check in/out process was easy. Property manager was quick to respond to any problems that were an easy fix. Short drive to AMI. Close to Walmart and Publix. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Pools were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as listed close to shopping and food. Beautiful unit and neighborhood. Everything needed for the beach was included. The beach drive was 15-20 minutes. AM Island was nice, my advice for those visiting would be to explore the entire island, a lot to offer.

Everything we needed

We loved our stay at this condo. We were a group of moms traveling with our athlete kids for a competition. We could comfortably cook in this unit, which had great kitchen tools available (whisks, blender, electric kettle
) The updated bathrooms were very nice. We settled in quickly in the homey condo. We hope to return next year!

Christmas with family

Great experience. Everything was as described. Santa Anna beach was best choice of 3 great beaches with regard to traffic, access and amenities. Only suggestion would be more bed pillows. If we had not brought some of our own, we would have had to buy some. We would definitly stay ther again.

Better than I imagined it would be

Beautiful condo, key code for door so no keys required. Ample parking, short walk to the pools, clubhouse, tennis and Pickleball courts. Nice balcony with lake view. Exit the property onto Cortez Street. Go over the drawal bridge and you are at Anna Marie, Cortez, coquina and Bradenton beaches. Not far from downtown Bradenton and the river walk. Wish I could come back next year but condo all ready booked.

Interior of property was remodeled. Beach chairs were in bad condition and umbrella was broken We had to buy ourselves new ones. Also both toilets did not flush correctly.

Beach holiday

The property and location were very much as expected, as it was our third visit to Shorewalk and little has changed since our first visit. The only observations that I would like to make are as follows :- * the water pressure in both bathrooms was very low, especially in the sinks. * the beach equipment was poor, especially compared to our stays in other apartments. There were only two beach chairs and these were unsuitable for aged visitors. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you.

Perfect home base for a beach getaway

A lot of folks rent this because it's close to IMG Academy - which it is. But we appreciated that it's Central to so many beaches - those on Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, and the others north of the bay are all just over an hour away. We also really appreciated that there are beach chairs, umbrellas, then a tent available. It's also close to amenities, with a grocery store and pharmacy literally around the corner. This is a very nice place - clean and well appointed, with premium appliances and furniture. My wife has a bad back and especially appreciated having a nice comfortable, reclining sofa (there is also a standalone recliner, but that was unplugged, apparently due to damage from previous renters.) We've rented other places with uncomfortable beds and uncomfortable furniture. That's not the case here. One nit to pick: there's no shelf or basket in the shower to put shampoo or body soap. But that's about it. We'd rent from these guys again, and we have no reservations in recommending this page to anyone else who may be interested.

Urlaub shorewalk vacation villas

Diese Anlage kann man nur empfehlen, da sie in unmittelbarer NĂ€he von einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegt. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und das Apartment bietet alles was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war problemlos. In wenigen Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand.

Great property

This property was wonderful. There were plenty of linens , it was close to the pool, and there was lots to do. We had just about everything we needed and it was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Our only suggestion would be to have a garbage disposal installed.

We have stayed a various other condos at shore walk
.but this is by far the cleanest. Most importantly the master bed is comfortable! Walking distance to grocery store(1 block)
dollar store, Applebee’s, cvs , outback
etc
..great location, quiet and safe. Yvon is a great manager and easy to work with and quickly responds! Would stay here again!

Everything was perfect just as advertised plus filtered water from fridge and laundry in the unit was a bonus. Nothing negative to say... had one small issue and Yvon, the property manager, handled it quickly and went above and beyond to take care of it. Couldn't have had a better stay. So close to IMG Academy too... this proved to be very convenient. Just hope this unit is available next time we return.
