As a health care provider, I know how important it is to maintain clean and safe environment for our guests, that's why we follow the recommended guidelines for disinfecting and thoroughly cleaning this condo with approved cleaning agents.

Our beautifully furnished second floor lake view condo is situated in a very desirable Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton FL. It is recognized for its resort style amenities like 2 outdoor heated swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 1 lighten tennis courts, 2 pickle board courts, billiard room, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, children play area and so much more.
IMG Academies, manatee county public golf course, shopping, grocery stores like Aldis, Publix and our favorite Detwiler's farmers market, Regal Oakmont movie theater, Bowlero bowling alley and restaurants like Applebee's, Outback, Lucky Frog a German local favorite, Metro Diner and many more shown in the pictures are all within walking distance or a very short drive.
Shorewalk is an ideal holiday destination with plenty attractions nearby to keep everyone entertained.

This unique and very spacious 1120 sq feet condo has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 people. Fall asleep in minutes on the king size bed in master bedroom that comes with a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Chefs' kitchen is fully equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to make that tasty meal. The bright and beautifully furnished living room has a sofa, love seat a very cozy lounge chair and a rather larger wall mounted flat screen smart TV.
The lanai comes with 4 chairs and a table perfect for lounging or having a meal while enjoying the view of the lake and the sound of the fountain, small but entertaining collection of novels is available for you to enjoy, and don't worry, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available if you must stay connected.

Our host was absolutely fantastic—super responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. The condo was newly renovated and beautifully done, with everything we needed readily available. We especially loved how spacious, comfortable, and quiet it was, which made our stay very relaxing.The community itself was great and conveniently located near grocery stores and essentials. Being just 15 minutes (or less) from Anna Maria Island was a huge bonus for us.Overall, a 10/10 experience for both the place and the host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

As soon as we walked in to the apartment we could see that it was exceptional. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer.

Recently stayed here for a girls trip- highly recommend. The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Added bonus was the beach supplies which included a cooler, chairs and beach towels. Plenty of restaurants close by and only a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again in the future! The host was great with check in and check out details and was quick to reply back with questions. My only suggestion would be to have at least one full length mirror in the condo.

We loved the convenience of this property with how close it was to family, shopping and the beach. We stayed at the unit next door a year ago, which prompted us to book here. The beach supplies and extra towels were a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. We stayed for a soccer tournament at IMG and I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location, close to grocery and not far from the beach. The pool was a little restrictive for kids (12yo) (no balls in the pool, no rough housing, needed to be quiet). The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was nice to have. My only dislike was the barn door on the master bath door, it didn’t provide much privacy and there were no blankets for the bed, just a sheet and comforter. I’d have liked something in the middle. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great location, well furnished, comfy beds. Host was quick to respond to communication and was able to accomdate our request for late check out, which was really helpful.My only suggestion would be to include a welcome pack with instructions on how to use the appliances and suggestions/recommendations of places to visit/eat in the local area. The addition of a kettle would also have been welcome being big tea drinkers! All in all a great stay , thank you.

We loved this gorgeous property! Beautiful kitchen and comfy beds. Very well stocked as well. It's a very large 2 bedroom with a large walk-in closet in the Master Suite. It's also private. No one walks by your unit from the way things are laid out.

The property was very clean, neatly furnished and arranged. It is cozy and comfy, spacious and equipped with various household items, linens, towels and items to make the stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the community pools (and hot tub) were a little overcrowded during our stay, so we did not get to enjoy them. The communication with the hosts was great, very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out easy and quick.
