Désert Morada Casita F

Desert Morada est notre nouvelle propriété et est l'un des 12 duplex de jardin situés autour d'une piscine rafraîchissante. Toutes les unités ont clôturé des cours arrière, laveuses et sécheuses, internet wifi et télévision par câble.  La maison F a été récemment rénovée avec deux chambres et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire. Chaque chambre a un lit king size. Beaucoup de lumière naturelle pén��tre par les nouvelles fenêtres. La cour arrière clôturée donne sur des arbres mesquites et un paysage désertique. Stationnement sécurisé et pavé dans une rue calme. Soigneusement meublées, toutes les nouvelles cuisines et bains!  Nouveau plancher de carreaux de bois partout.  Idéalement situé, à dix minutes en voiture du centre commercial Tucson et de bons restaurants.  Non loin de l'Université de l'Arizona et des hôpitaux de la région.
Les tarifs mensuels n'incluent pas l'électricité, nous facturerons séparément pour cela. Factures d'électricité typiques: hiver 50 $ par mois, été 80-100 $ par mois.
Frais supplémentaires - Nous facturons pour toute personne supplémentaire de plus de 2 ans, cela inclut les enfants. Les frais supplémentaires pour les clients sont de 20 $ par personne et par nuit. Demandez à quelqu'un de rester une seule nuit - vous devez payer pour cet invité pour cette nuit. Nous facturons également pour les chiens - pas d'autres animaux de compagnie s'il vous plaît! Les frais pour animaux de compagnie sont de 5 $ par jour et par animal. Le non-paiement de frais supplémentaires avant votre réservation entraînera un doublement des frais. Organiser une fête, se rassembler à l'extérieur de ceux qui louent la maison, mariage, funérailles, cirque, baby showers, fêtes d'anniversaire, dîners, etc. ne sont pas autorisés et entraîneront l'expulsion immédiate.

Homecoming 2022

Great place to stay for homecoming and a little hiking! Easy access to grocery store and good Mexican food a big plus. Will definitely be back!

Maria was very responsive and allowed us to extend our reservation, somewhat last minute, without any hesitation and also with a discount for staying longer than a week. Great Central location and very tidy property. But highly recommend!

“Tuxon” charm and comfort.

Great place for short or extended stay with friends

We met friends who stayed in a neighboring casita, providing us with plenty of space together, privacy, and outdoor area during the pandemic. The casitas are incredibly clean, quiet, well equipped, comfortable, with lots of outdoor areas. Plus they are located 10-15 minutes in every direction from everything you need and 30-45 minutes from incredible natural areas. I will definitely stay here again on a return visit to Tucson. Thank you so much to our hosts.

A home away from home!

My wife and I are travel nurses looking for a comfortable place to call home while we practice as medical professionals. The Casita was clean spacious and had all of the essentials needed to settle in comfortably. Although communication with property management wasn’t all that great, we appreciated all of the many amenities and little things from our stay. Thanks so much!

I looked back over the emails from this renter and see none, so not sure why he felt communication was lacking-our phone numbers are in our entry information, is in the house booklet and even on the back of the front door for easy access. We would not be interested in renting to these folks again due to the filthy condition they left our rental.

It was very convenient… only about 15 minutes from any where we needed to go. All was good except for the furniture which easy to clean but very uncomfortable to sit on. So slippery that you almost keep falling off.

We have leather furniture. Easier to keep clean than fabric and I don't slip off of it when I sit on it! Odd that these guests stated that-really odd. No other guest has stated that at any of our 15 leather clad rentals.

Home Away from home

We had booked this property for a much needed Christmas time with our family and suddenly my father passed away early in the month and we needed to rush to Tucson. By Gods grace and the amazing help of Maria the calendar was open for us to have a place to stay earlier than we planned. During this very tough times we had a few issues with hot water but they were quickly responded too. This was our 4th time staying at this property and we keep coming back .

Beautiful property

The Casitas were beautiful, well decorated and gorgeous. The gates are kind of a pain since you have to get out each time you enter to put in your pass code. There was some melted chocolate or something on one of my comforters and I found some broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher, but those are easily overlooked when compared to the comfort of the place. I was really impressed and so was my son. He liked it so much he is actually booking one to take his girlfriend too. The beds were super comfy, and all the furniture was nice. Though word for the ladies out there, if you have long fingernails, take a fork or something into the bathroom to flush the toilet with lol

Better Than I thought

We had been excited to check out these properties on one of our trips to Tucson which are we coming frequent and longer and hotels get depressing after a while the Casitas looked great and we finally got a chance to stay in one of them and I must say the pictures do not do it justice. What Maria and Carla have created here it's just fantastic. They really have thought of everything you could possibly need inside the Casitas and I just a phone call away if you need anything. I couldn't get my lock code to work and called Maria who had the problem fixed before I could finish texting her back to ask her how long it might take.... If you're traveling to Tucson for any reason and want a place you can truly feel at home at....this is it! I dont mean to overdo it on this review... I don't often even post online reviews....but this place deserves all the praise it can get.

Do not rent to this person. He caused a lot of damage and left our rental in filthy condition. We had to remove the mattress and all linens due to damage. Beware!
