You enter the home and are greeted by the inviting living room area. To your left is the kitchenette and dining area, along with the bathroom and door to the private patio. To your left, as you enter the home, are the doorways to the bedrooms. This home has a clean, modern, and cozy feel. The private patio is great for relaxing in the sun and grilling some fresh vegetables or meat from the local Carniceria.

You will have access to the entire alley parking lot, which can accommodate three vehicles, as well as the home and the private patio.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.
