Lovely beach cottage conveniently located.

We loved everything about it. Sure, it's a bit dated but it was nicely furnished and decorated. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. The backyard is basically the dunes. You just walk down a short sandy path and you are in the water. Lots of local, nearby conveniences.

So close to the beach, nice home

The house was super clean, comfortable and right on the beach. I had what I needed to cook dinners, had access to Netflix and WiFi, a nice deck with a picnic table and deck chairs to relax and read in. The ocean is not visible because the dunes are so high, but it is still really nice. The beach in this section was not crazy busy, and lots of sea glass, shells and my son even found a fossilized whale bone. I had no problems with the house except sometimes the fridge froze my food. I will definitely consider coming again.

Not sure the prime location is worth it.

Every single piece of furniture in this house is completely uncomfortable. Our son had to sleep on the couch (which was like sitting on a bench) because the springs on BOTH the twin beds were popping up into his back. The full beds felt like sleeping on granite. Everyone had back, hip, spine, and neck pain all week. I think the realtor should take this listing off their rentals until the owners update the furniture.

Not A Relaxing Vacation

The property was clean and the rental agency was great. However I was very disappointed in the house itself. The driveway is nearly impossible to get out of because of a camper parked in the neighbors yard. The distance to the beach is a VERY long walk, I would not recommend for elderly people. The beds and living room furniture are some of the most uncomfortable that I have ever had in a rental. If you are looking for relaxation, this is not the place for you. My husband ended up at the chiropractor halfway through our stay. We will not stay here again.

Lovely Location

Perfect 2020 quarantine location. Private and secluded...even saw deer and raccoons on our side of the dunes! Not an ocean view from the house, and a little dated, but otherwise perfect in every way!
