Waterfront Condo rénové à Avon avec piscine. Pas de frais supplémentaires pour les couchers de soleil!

"Mariner's Terrace" - Rénové en 2018. Comprend l’adhésion à la piscine Kinnakeet et au tennis à seulement 3 km. 1 mile de Avon Pier. Condo 1 BR, mais peut accueillir cinq personnes avec des canapés gigognes. Parfait pour 1-5 personnes.

Le mois d'août est de 7 jours minimum avec l'enregistrement le samedi. Autres fois: l'enregistrement varie.

La piscine et le tennis Kinnakeet Shores à moins de 3 km au sud sont inclus dans la location. (Mi-mai à septembre)

Lit Queen avec matelas à plateau-coussin dans la chambre.
Canapés avec lits gigognes confortables. 1 reine et 1 jumeau.

HEPA couvre tous les oreillers et matelas.
1 salle de bain. Notez que l'entrée de la salle de bain se fait par la chambre.

Nouveau plancher partout. Pas de tapis = environnement plus propre. Toute nouvelle peinture à l'intérieur.

Cafetières Keurig et Cuisinart.

Gril à gaz extérieur et surface de gril électrique intérieur.

Rampe de lancement de bateau auto-payante de 5 $. Le bateau / quai de pêche lui-même est une propriété privée et non pour une utilisation en copropriété. Louez ou apportez des kayaks et lancez-vous juste à l'extérieur.

Beaucoup de magasins disponibles pour toutes les locations d'équipement.

Chaises Adirondack sur le pont privé surplombant le Pamlico Sound pour une vue parfaite du coucher du soleil occidental.

Les draps sont fournis, mais apportez vos propres serviettes de bain et de plage. Savon à main, savon à vaisselle, savon pour lave-vaisselle sont fournis. Apportez votre propre shampooing, gelée, sacs à ordures, etc. Un rouleau de papier essuie-tout est fourni et un paquet de papier toilette pour vous aider à démarrer dès votre arrivée.

Douche privée extérieure disponible pour se rincer à la plage ou à la pêche.

Parking couvert sous l'unité disponible sur le principe du premier arrivé. Sinon, beaucoup de places de stationnement extérieur.

Vous pouvez traverser l'autoroute 12 jusqu'à la plage. Vous pouvez vous promener dans les restaurants et le magasin de crème glacée. Avon possède un Food Lion, un Dollar Tree et un Ace Hardware à seulement 3,2 km. Et de nombreux autres magasins de plage et restaurants sont également disponibles.

WIFI haut débit et télévision par câble dans la chambre familiale et dans la chambre.

L'assurance de voyage est fortement recommandée pour l'île d'Hatteras.

Hubby and I have stayed at several rentals over the years. We have very high standards and this one checked ALL our boxes:- great location/amenities- close to shopping, restaurants, etc.- extremely neat and clean- phenomenal outdoor deck/seating/view- excellent checkin/checkout/resource info- owner is extremely responsiveAlso, we loved that it was located on the sound side of the island because it was not as windy.The icing on the cake? This was our first trip to the Outer Banks. On our last day here, we were discussing the movie "Nights in Rodanthe" which was filmed locally. We joked to each other asking what are the odds this this movie is part of the rental's DVD collection. Lo and behold it was! So not only were we able to watch it for the first time on our last night here, we also drove by the property before leaving town. So cool!Mike's thoughtfulness in his choice of DVD's resulted in an Outer Banks memory that we'll cherish forever. :) We highly recommend this property!

Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t.

We have stayed in this development before and love the location. This is a great unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo was very clean. A big selling point for us- the bed was pretty comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for a week and couldn't have asked for a better location or space. Quiet sound side views. It was clean, tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of extra towels, washer/drier, and conveniently located in Avon. Owner responded quickly to all messages. Wifi worked well. I'd definitely stay here again.
