Ce condo a une des meilleures vues sinon sur le lac Hamilton. Situé sur un canal principal, ce condo a également une piscine, wifi gratuit, Directv dans le salon et la chambre, et un balcon couvert avec un grill. Le condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain peut accueillir 2-4 personnes. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Close to some great restaurants

We enjoyed the condo with its wonderful view of the lake, easy access and close proximity to some great restaurants. Made for a nice weekend away.

Low key couples vacay

We stayed 5 nights at this condo. Very clean, great location, easy to get to all the things Hot Springs has to offer. Pool area was great. It had all the basics. I would kindly suggest- more towels, especially in kitchen, darker curtains in bedroom (the sun killed us in the morning and the light from the sign all night). Overall the stay was nice. Price was on point.

Quick Weekend Get Away

My husband and I decided to take a quick trip for the weekend to Hot Springs. The condo was a perfect size for us. It was nice waking up to a water view and we had all of Hot Springs attractions close to us.

Relaxation after baseball tournament

We came to hot springs for a baseball tournament. We wanted something different than a hotel. And this place was perfect. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The WiFi was strong enough that my son could play his Xbox. While my wife and I sat on the patio and enjoyed the view.

Unit A-6

The unit was clean. Everything was as expected and as explained in the listing. I can’t think of anything that we would require differently for next time, and we would stay here again. Our 6 year old loved the pool and wanted to fish off the docks. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We met lovely people at the pool and surrounding areas. The host was quick to answer any questions and concerns. An enjoyable experience all the way around.

Last Minute Getaway

We booked this condo, the night before our arrival. The location was perfect and beautiful. The condo could definitely use some updates (paint color, fixtures and decor), but the pictures did reflect exactly what we were getting. We had a couple minor issues when we arrived and communication with the Host was EXCELLENT! He was apologetic and got it taken care of within 45 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this condo.

Review

Property is dated and could use fresh paint, bedding and patio furniture. Could also use a Keurig coffee pot. I informed the owner that there would be two people staying. He assured me that it was not a problem but only left 4 towels. I had to purchase more towels for our visit.

Great stay on the lake!

The Condo was great! View was beautiful and access to the water for fishing was nice. Caught a bass right off the little dock. The pool looked nice and very clean from our balcony. I think coffee pot might need replaced. Just kept over flowing when we used it. Wish the front door had an extra lock from the inside like a chain so you could be sure no one could get in with the code. Other than that the property was great! Would love to stay again.

Be a host

Well
 Jeff could step up as a host. Instead of 3 unusable skillets, spend 100 get some dishes pillows a small table for patio deck . Your grill is worthless without electrical outlet that works. Check out some other nonworking items, that’s your job as a host. Great location, find another unit in this complex, and stay in it!

This is the perfect little condo for two right on the lake. Beautiful sunrises over the water. Close to Hot Springs National Park. Comfortable bed/pillows.

Great place to stay

Had a great time and enjoyed the veiw as well close to town. Would stay again in future. If i have to say one negative it would be to update the tv to a smart tv so poeple can enjoy the tv apps that they use from home.

Anniversary get away.

Nice location just need some updates..The TV service is horrible..The grill was awful...Ceiling fan in living room need to be fixed. I would mind going back ,if they make some changes.
