Vous ne serez pas déçu par ce condo studio rénové. Le plan d'étage est ouvert avec le réglage de la tonalité d'une vue imprenable sur le magnifique lac Hamiliton entrée. Les couleurs vives insufflent une personnalité espiÚgle pour créer un espace qui vous éloignera du tohu-bohu du monde.

1 chambre Ă  coucher, 1 salle de bain est livrĂ© avec cuisine studio qui comprend un four, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes et vaisselle. Couchages comprennent un lit queen et un canapĂ©. DĂ©tendez-vous et regarder des courses ou du football sur l'Ă©cran plat 32 'TV avec cĂąble, lecteur CD et WiFI. Notre condo adorable est livrĂ© avec un bordereau de bateau (rĂ©serve) qui rend la pĂȘche, la sking, ou tout simplement voir le site trĂšs abordable.

Le complexe dispose d'une immense piscine surplombant le lac et beaucoup d'espaces verts. Deux quais de natation et une aire de pique-nique créent un superbe espace extérieur qui prolonge le dewelling intérieur. Animaux acceptés. (frais)

Les installations de blanchisserie sont situées à quelques pas du condo et une place de parking couverte est incluse.

Pretty but not much of retreat

Great little place in a wonderful serene setting. However, the tub was very slow to drain (which lends to a VERY dirty tub) and the showerhead was broken from the wall. The fans were dirty and cobwebs in the ceiling corner. The towels they provided were not properly washed and sanitized and smelled of dog. The outside sitting area that I suppose is associated with this cottage were dirty from sitting out all winter. I would not stay here again until these things were addressed.

Small and Cozy

We had a great stay. The location was minutes from everything and located directly on lake Hamilton with a beautiful view. The cottage was small but perfect for a couples getaway.

Cozy little get-a-away

My husband and I spent the weekend. The condo had a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton from the living room and bedroom. Great walking and seating areas outside. The condo is right in the heart of the city, but you would never know it while there. The condo was cute, clean, decorated like a beach condo and had all the amenities needed while there. Highly recommend! I also loved that it was a gated community.

Anniversary Celebration

Our condo was nestles in a community of separate small condos. It is a peaceful quiet community. We had a beautiful view of the lake, which was right outside our condo. Even though we were 20 minutes away from the historic downtown district of Hot Springs, it felt so remote and peaceful. We spent 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We would definitely recommend this cute little getaway to any couple headed to Hot Springs.😁

Sweet little condo with beautiful views

The condo was just perfect for my husband and I. Cozy and cheerful with bright colors interior. There is a pool for the complex and access to Lake Hamilton by way of floating pier. We enjoyed both. Fridge and oven but no dishwasher. Dishes and cookware limited but adequate for two. Security gate and condo access convenient. We loved it and will be back!

Relaxing get away...

This little condo is just what we needed for our first time stay in Hot Springs. It is so centrally located to all the sites we went to visit. After a long day of touring, it was nice to come back to the condo and just sit by the window and look out at the lake or take a nice walk and sit by the lake. It was perfect for our needs and that of our little Pommie.

Great place!

Loved this cute little condo! Perfect for the two of us! Loved looking out of our window seeing the lake and sitting on the dock was so relaxing. Very clean inside and out. It is an older condo but we loved that part too! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Lovely Decor and inside was very clean with amenities.

Pictures were slightly deceiving, referring to how far the lake is from the condo and no outside private space. The property could have been cleaner, by the lake trash was tipped over and beer cans all over, As well more information about the size would be good. As well the property had no lights on the street leading to the entrance gate.

When you pop over the hill at Buena Vista Properties the view of the lake is overwhelming. It is a 3-5 minute drive to shopping such as Wal Mart, Conerstone shopping center, Temperance Hill Outdoor Mall , . There are many restaurants and fast food joints along Central Ave. or Hwy 7. They include but are not limited to: 7-Brew , Starbucks, McAlister's Deli, Osaka Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, The GOAT Restaurant , La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant, Chili's Grill and Bar, On the Border Restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, Texas Road House Restaurant, Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, Scoops, Firehouse, and more.

You'll find the perfect combination of relaxing activities and things to do within 10-15 miles of Buena Vista Properties in Hot Springs.
