Superbe vue sur le lac et superbes couchers de soleil !!

Cette maison est située sur Great Lake View Drive; cependant, l'adresse ne rend pas justice à cette propriété .... elle a une vue imprenable sur le lac !!! La vue est si tranquille que vous ne voudrez plus quitter. C'est sur le 41 MM du bras Osage du lac des Ozarks à environ 10 minutes à l'extérieur de Laurie, MO où il y a des épiceries, des restaurants, un magasin de crème glacée, etc. Cette maison à concept ouvert a été entièrement remodelée jusqu'aux montants au cours de la dernière année pour inclure: la cuisine, 3 salles de bain, un loft pour les enfants, du plancher, de nouveaux meubles partout et une nouvelle terrasse de 500 pieds carrés avec grill. Cette maison de 2100 pieds carrés a deux espaces de vie, un bar avec réfrigérateur complet au niveau inférieur, une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 adultes et 4 enfants (3 lits queen, 2 lits superposés avec lits jumeaux [enfants seulement ] / fond plein, et 2 canapés-lits queen). Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans la cour pour se rassembler autour du foyer ou simplement se détendre et profiter de la vue sur le lac. Il y a aussi un quai privé avec un slip 12x28, un slip PWC et une grande plateforme de baignade qui est disponible pour votre usage et est garanti pour plaire aux plaisanciers et aux nageurs de votre famille.

Great Location for Family Vacation

The view of the lake is wonderful. Plenty of family gathering space with the open kitchen and eating area. The kids will love the loft to have their own space! The deck is large with lots of seating available! The dock is very nice and convenient.

Family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect. Easy accesible for the older family members and perfect for them to watch from a distance at all the fun the kids were having in the water. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for a great time. Would book again in the future for sure.

Bachelorette Party Weekend

House was very clean and plenty of space for our whole party! Can easily sleep 12 with room for more on couches if need be. Definitely somewhere i’d love to revisit in the future. Great views and large deck for outdoor entertainment use!

Annual vacation

The house was ideal for our family. Great to have 3 bathrooms 😊 The property was clean and just as described. We had a wonderful time while there. This is our fourth year of going to Lake of the Ozarks. We will definitely be back

Lakehouse get away

House is well done. Great use of space. Perfect kitchen. Comfortable bed rooms and awesome views from the deck. The easy walk to the dock was appreciated. Water is a bit rougher than we like for floating which is what we do!

Perfect place for our 4th of July stay

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at this property! It's on a great part of the lake that isn't too rough, even in a holiday weekend. We were able to see several fireworks shows from the dock. Very peaceful and beautiful location but close to Laurie for quick runs to the store. Cheryl was very easy to reach and willing to help right away with any questions or needs we had. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the house!

Awesome House - Questionable Dock

We absolutely love the home and location. The dock has some structural issues that haven't been addressed and an underwater hazard that isn't marked at all. As long as you're careful on dock and avoid diving off the dock in certain areas, its manageable.

Positives: Great area. Peaceful and quiet. Easy to unwind and relax. Plenty of room to spread out. Awesome lake front property. Nice dock. Negatives: Not located next to a lot of things, bit of a drive to get anywhere. Many light bulbs were out, both inside and out. Many light covers filled with bugs. Lower level fridge did not cool at all, but bottom freezer worked. Cobwebs in many corners and dirty ceiling fans.

I am very pleased with the cleanliness and accurate description of the property.The check-in process was straightforward, and the kitchen was equipped with basic necessities.I observed a few areas that could potentially enhance the rental experience.The gas grill appears to have significant rust inside.A handrail on the cement steps would be beneficial.The dryer vent seems to be quite clogged and may require thorough cleaning.We did our best to remove some of the blockage.There was some repairmen that showed up to repair the loose boards, wasnt notified about. They kind of got chewed out for not knowing who they were. We apologized to them. Strangers around the house.

Fair to Good

The house could have been cleaner, we found lots of crumbs and trash in the downstairs couch. Shower curtains were dirty and the liners too. Furniture was not comfortable in basement; furniture was minimal upstairs. Several of the outdoor chairs were near broken so we did not use them. Kitchen was nice/updated and fairly equipped. The wave runner slip was gone, so that could not be used.

Great Stay!

Wonderful time on the lake. Best part is no TV in main living area! Don’t need it with the beautiful views. We enjoyed our time together cooking, listening to music , and playing Family Feud between the 2 families! Enjoyed swimming off the dock and just floating! Very private too! House was well stocked and beds comfortable! Very clean too! It was a great stay and great memories were made! Will definitely be back! Thank you for offering your lovely lake home!

Outstanding first visit

First time to Lake of the Ozarks and was so impressed with our entire trip. The house was amazing and fit our large families needs. Loved the basement bunk room for our grandbaby. She slept so sound in the dark, quiet room. We also loved the family-size dinner table where we could all be. We rented a boat and enjoyed the ease of having a boat slip available so we could make multiple trips throughout the day. We are already planning next year's vacation and will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay!

Quiet location. Nice home, deck, and dock. Great for our group of 4 couples. A few things to note, if you plan on doing majority meals in, consider bringing some larger bowls, or Tupperware as there is limited supply and mostly on the smaller side. There were only 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 hand towels in bathrooms so if you use more than one or have extra people you may want to bring a couple. Same with dish towels.. there were 2-3 wash clothes & 2-3 towels. We ended up doing laundry every day. No complaints-just a few things to note when packing :).

Lovely family vacation home

This was the first time we have taken a family vacation. We are a family of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The private dock was awesome for swimming. We hope to come back soon!
