Belle, mise à jour 4BR 2 Bath maison au bord du lac pour la baignade, flottant et le canotage! Situé à proximité de MM 10, cette maison se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture ou en bateau de certains des meilleurs équipements et divertissements au bord du lac, ce qui en fait un endroit fantastique pour toute occasion. La maison est profonde dans la crique vous permettant de nager et flotter tout en étant entièrement protégé de l'eau agitée du canal principal. Aller sur le quai ou utiliser les 90 pieds de front de lac privé - il y a même des escaliers en béton de sorte que vous pouvez entrer et sortir de l'eau dès la cour arrière!
Il y a deux chambres et une salle de bain avec des espaces de vie spacieux à chaque niveau. Le niveau principal dispose d'un pont autour du pont tandis que le niveau inférieur a deux ponts - dont l'un a une zone de grillage / manger tandis que l'autre s'ouvre sur un foyer et l'accès au quai. Fenêtres du sol au plafond dans la grande cuisine ouverte / salle à manger donne des vues spectaculaires Cove pour votre café du matin!

RELAX avec la famille ou divertir vos invités - cette maison a tout pour plaire. Great family getaway!

It was wonderful to have a boat slip, dock, and kayaks! The kids claimed the downstairs as their own and loved that they had their own space to chill between outings on the lake.

We very much enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 adults. The quality of the kitchen ware and appliances were better than rental properties I have booked in the past. The remodeled bathrooms were very nice. We hope to book here again!

We really enjoyed staying here! We loved having the dock for the boat. The cove is big enough that you have a great view, but not so big that you have a lot of boat traffic.

Ideal for family vacation

This lake home was the ideal spot for our family vacation. The house and its amenities provided everything we needed to enjoy quality time together and make lasting memories. We loved having meals on the deck, grilling on the hibachi, roasting s’mores around the fire pit, and taking in the beautiful lake views. The dock was perfect for soaking up the summer sun, launching the kayaks, and relaxing on the lily pad. We also appreciated the flexibility to dock our sailboat along the outer edge of the dock. While we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay, Jeremy was quick to respond and resolve them.

Fantastic spacious quiet location!!!

Check in was a breeze. Opened the front door to a complete lake cove view. House was clean. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed. Large dinning room to seat everyone. Wrap around deck. Dock was perfectly sized for entertaining. Picnic bench on dock was great for lunch. Fishing was great!! Quiet cove with tons of space for floating and water activities. Neighbors were nice and inviting. We will definitely return to this house in the future!!!

Family Vacation

Great house! We spent the week on this property. Great location! Grocery store, boat launch, boat rental, and fuel are all very close. Pictures are accurate of the property. House has plenty of room and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Jeremy was quick to respond with questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Lake House Review

Overall, we really enjoyed the property. Quiet cove that is conveniently located. The owners were very responsive. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold, so we had to use the freezer to get things cold at times. But overall, we were happy with the property.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

Great location and beautiful property filled with lovely amenity's. Hanging on the dock was fun and relaxing. The dock is well cared for and a perfect place to hang whether in the water or at the table. The patio has wonderful views and lots of nature and critters to watch. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The dining area has a large table that was perfect for us 8 ladies to enjoy libations and meals. The kitchen is nice with a large island to prepare meals and happy hour. A short ride to shopping and dinner out.

Annual family trip

First, I would like to say that Jeremy was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We had some traveling issues and he was very willing to accept the changes with no problems. The house had everything we needed and more. The location was great and the cove perfect for our little ones to swim. The only reason that we would not stay there again is because we are buying our own Lakehouse! Thank you to the Underwood’s!

We spent many years renting condos at the lake and always found ourselves wanting more privacy with our own lake front. This house is absolutely perfect regardless of the weather and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Private lake front in an absolute perfect location. Peaceful but close to the action with a deep cove to protect from the busy main channel. A living room on each level is great for multi-family privacy.
