Lakefront chalet avec une vue imprenable et beaucoup de soleil.

Situé à droite sur St. Albans Bay en Géorgie, VT. Les vues sur les Adirondacks, les légères brises croisées et les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle chaque soir (différents tous les soirs) vous permettront de vous détendre dans un état d'esprit sans stress.

Cottage a plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace avec des plafonds lobés tout au long avec des intérieurs de pin noueux. Grande cuisine, ouverte sur un coin salon commun avec vue sur le lac. Une baignoire avec douche, laveuse et sécheuse. Les chambres peuvent dormir 10. Une chambre king size avec placards et porte coulissante en verre pour une vue sur le lac. La chambre avec lits superposés a quatre lits superposés queen avec des commodes. La climatisation est disponible dans toutes les chambres. TV à écran plat dans la salle commune, TV câblée, accès internet haut débit, WIFI.

Extérieur dispose de deux ponts de la cuisine avec un barbecue Joe Smoking avec des sièges en plein air avec une vue sur le lac. Le deuxième pont fait également face au lac et comprend un foyer au gaz et des sièges, dont deux fauteuils confortables. Parfait pour sortir à la fin d'une journée amusante et chercher des lucioles. Porche couvert est également face au lac et juste à côté de la chambre des maîtres.

Parking disponible pour 4-5 voitures.

La propriété a 100 pieds de façade sur le lac. Nous avons une nouvelle digue et une rampe en pierre inclinée pour accéder à l'eau et se rendre au quai. Les bateaux à moteur ainsi que les kayaks et les canoës sont populaires à St. Albans Bay et vous pouvez attacher le quai. L'accès au lac pour un bateau est à quelques minutes de la cabine. Si vos enfants aiment pêcher, mes enfants ont attrapé de nombreux poissons juste au bout du quai, des graines de citrouille, mais il y a aussi les 2 ou 3 livres de temps en temps ce qui le rend très excitant.

St. Albans est à quelques minutes et Burlington est à 25 minutes en voiture. Montréal est d'environ une heure.

This is a beautiful house right by the lake, with plenty of space for a group to spread out. We enjoyed an amazing sunset while sitting on the deck. The hosts were helpful and made it easy to check in and check out.

Stayed here for a week with two coworkers, way better than staying in a hotel. The house was super clean and beds are huge. The lake access and views are second to none! It’s conveniently located less than 10 minutes from town. Highly recommended. We got to kayak and fish and enjoy the deck.

Great Lake experience

The listing is accurate. The four of us had a great time fishing and swimming. We caught dozens of fish right off the dock and almost a large bowfin. St. Albans was a great place to eat and get groceries. We took a day to see Burlington. The cabin is large and all the amenities worked. We'd come back if it weren't so far away.

Wonderful Cabin on the Lake

We had the best stay for our family of five. The kids (13, 13, and 9) loved the big bunk beds in their room. Mom and Dad loved our comfy king bed with a view of the lake. Sunsets were a treat every night and the cottage was perfectly equipped for preparing meals and grilling meats. We will stay again!

Vermont Bike Trip

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Carl was very responsive when we had questions. The setting, right on the water, was so special! My daughter and I really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. Also, the windows at the back of the house face the water, so you can enjoy the view from inside. The cottage is also very close to St. Albans, which is a really nice town with lots of good restaurants, and 2 great coffee shops. This is a nice place in a great location!

Amazing lakefront property!

This was one of our favorite rentals! Beautiful, spacious home - plenty of room inside to relax, fantastic bunk room, two inviting decks, close proximity to the lake. So many nice touches in the house - lots of games and puzzles. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets every night. The teens loved kayaking, swimming and fishing off the deck. Hosts were responsive, quick to answer questions. A would definitely rent again.

Comfortable cabin

We stayed for a week this summer and a weekend last summer. The cabin is comfortable - the bunk room has 4 queen beds, each room has its own a/c unit. The living/dining/kitchen space is open and has big windows overlooking the lake. The decks and patio furniture also add so much the the stay.

Fantastic week on Lake Champlain

The views here are amazing and the home exceeded our expectations. It is comfortable and cozy, and we spent most of our time on the porches. The nice outdoor furniture and the propane firepit were perfect for enjoying the sunsets. The inside of the house is designed to allow access to the lake views as well. We found several nearby hiking spots and enjoyed lunches in nearby St. Albans. This spot is on our list to return to next year!

property was everything as stated

The house was amazing, the attention to the smallest of details was exceptional. I would recommend this property to anyone. My family & I had such a good time by the fire, eating smores & looking at beautiful sunsets. My 15 & 17 year old grandkids didn't want to leave. Definitely want to stay here again.
