Un lieu de vacances idéal Lake Front Dans Belle Grand Isle, Vermont

Remarque: juillet et août sont uniquement disponibles du samedi au samedi, minimum sept nuits.

Le chalet se trouve Ă  30 pieds du bord du lac. Merveilleux couchers de soleil

La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e sur West Shore Road Ă  Grand Isle sur la «Broad Lake 'en regardant Ă  travers le lac Champlain dans les Adirondacks. Le chalet se trouve Ă  100 verges de la route ombragĂ©e par de vieux arbres de cĂšdre. Il est un beau morceau de lac avec une plage privĂ©e. IdĂ©ale pour la baignade, la pĂȘche, ou se prĂ©lasser au soleil par l'eau. Apportez un kayak ou un bateau (bateau gratuit rampe de lancement de 400 pieds sur la route). Grand espace pour le vĂ©lo.

Le chalet peut accueillir quatre personnes dans deux chambres, une avec un lit queen-size, une avec un lit double. Il ya aussi un futon double dans le salon. Nice, confortable salon et cuisine, salle de bain avec cabine de douche, et une belle véranda au bord du lac-in. Il ya un barbecue à gaz, ainsi que d'un gril à charbon de bois, chaises Adirondack, eau de ville (pas un bien ou le lac). Serviettes de bain et draps fournis. S'il vous plaßt apporter les draps pour futon si vous prévoyez d'utiliser. Foyer au gaz. Internet sans fil gratuit.

Il ya aussi une table à l'extérieur avec un parasol et quatre chaises.

Grand Isle est accessible par pont-jetée / ponts ou traversier:

5 minutes Ă  une excellente petite Ă©picerie
35 minutes de Burlington et l'aéroport (via la chaussée)

House was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot for bike riding. I would definitely stay here again. Dave was a great host and got back to us right away when we had questions. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful location by the water.

perfect for a quick get away. We were up for a wedding and wanted a calm, quiet place for the kids to stay so they’d be well rested for their flower girl duties and this was perfect. Rock beach kept kids busy for hours, and an easy drive to Burlington for food/shopping. Clean, well stocked, and listing is accurate.

The quintessential Vermont ‘camp’ - beautiful property, sunsets, ample beachfront, relaxing lawn (hammock, chairs, etc.The property was very clean and extremely well equipped- thank you - some basic goods plus plenty of towels, bedding, etc.Having staying on Lake Champlain many times - this property had all of the elements for a relaxing and active stay. If you seek a quant, private, relaxing, and unique Vermont lakefront property I would highly recommend!

Beautiful, cozy cottage on the lake

This cottage is small but very cozy. I loved the screen in porch !!! The view from the cottage is beautiful. Love all the sail boats floating by.I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in the house. The location was amazing with a view of Lake Champlain. The walk down to the beach was a nice treat. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy.

Cozy cottage in a great location

This immaculately maintained cozy little cottage is situated right at the edge of the shore of Lake Champlain. The sunsets were breathtaking and the area so peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot from which to explore all the islands have to offer, while also easy to reach Burlington.

Beautiful, Rustic Spot

My partner and I really enjoyed our short stay here. The cottage was a little more rustic than we expected, but the gas wood stove and the new oven (the latter updated from in the listing photos) were great additions. The cottage is just a staircase away from the lake where we could sit and watch the sun set. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife Anne and I have lived in Grand Isle, Vermont for Twenty five years. Now we are raising our three year old son MAX here. Anne takes the ferry to work across the lake in Plattsburgh, NY. When I am not looking after MAX, I work as a Cabinet Maker out of our home here in Grand Isle. We both love to sail and spend a lot of our free time racing sailboats.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We found this property twelve years ago. it is just down the street from where we first lived in Grand Isle. We had been looking for a property to invest in for years. when this one became available we jumped on it. We are so glad we did. It is a special place and I hope you will enjoy it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are a few things that makes our cottage so wonderful. First, It sits only 30 feet from the lake so you feel like you are right there. There is a screened in porch where you can spend long evenings drinking wine and talking about your day or relaxing with a book. One of my favorite things to do is to sit on the lawn in an Adirondack Chair on a nice summer afternoon and watch the sailboats go by. The cottage is a quiet place. It sits 300 feet from a road that is not busy in the first place. If you want to venture out for the day or evening there are great choices. First, there are some great restaurants locally. Burlington is only 30 minutes away and if you have never been to Burlington you need to go. Burlington is a wonderful small city with fantastic restaurants, shops, music, and more. Montreal is a 90 minute drive north. just don't forget your passport.
Grand Isle is a wonderful place to bike, paddle, fish, swim, or just hang out and relax with your favorite drink. I hope you come and enjoy our cottage.
