This house is right on the lake. The views from all the windows are spectacular. The sunsets are stunning. The house is spacious and comfortable. There are toys for all ages. We had a blast. We are a very thankful for our time here.

We had a wonderful stay ! It was so beautiful right on the water ! We had a relaxing peaceful stay ! We enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit . I really can’t say enough about this place . We had a great family vacation !

The home is comfortable and accomodates a large group of people. There were nice amenities provided and the description of the rooms were on point. The photos of the outside need to be updated- The fire pit, and the children's area are not as pictured and if there are 2 brand new kayaks, they were not easily accessible in the boathouse. There were no inner tubes that were inviting enough to want to blow up and the fire pit area no longer looks as the picture makes it appear to. The kitchen was not stocked for a party of 7 (not enough utensils - we had to purchase plasticwear) and mixing bowls and basic cookware were limited. After the stairs, it is difficult to maneuver down to the lake and fire pit. There was no level ground to sit around the fire pit to enjoy it. With some love and care into some of these items, a better experience would have been had.

The perfect peaceful escape on the lake. Lovely view from the house, so much space, and options for in-home entertainment. Great walking trails that allow dogs nearby too. Enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you!

Fantastic Getaway

Very nice cozy roomy at home place right on the lake with incredible view’s and a super nice host in Josie. Had a great time with family and friends and would love to visit again soon.

Very cute place with a beautiful view. Dog friendly and great beach for the dogs to run around on. Stairs were a little wonky if you had kids of walking age but we did not so was not a problem. Owner was incredible! Very communicative and super friendly! Would love to come back during peak season were we could enjoy more of the lake activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The location was fantastic, with beautiful lake views and a quiet, serene atmosphere that made it a wonderful escape from city life. The home was also much larger in person than the pictures made it appear, which was a pleasant surprise. We especially enjoyed being so close to the Canadian border and having the opportunity to explore some of the nearby towns in Quebec.There are a few areas where the home could use some updating. The kitchen only had three regular forks, and while plastic forks were provided, there weren't enough for a full week and some meals really require a proper utensil. The pillows in all three bedrooms were also quite flat and appeared to be well-used, so replacing those would make a noticeable difference in comfort.There was also an odor in the master bedroom during our stay. I can't say for certain what the source was—it may have been the carpeting, particularly since dogs are allowed at the property, or possibly the window A/C unit—but it was noticeable.Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. The spaciousness, beautiful lake views, peaceful setting, and convenient location made it a great place to slow down, relax, and enjoy a change of pace. With a few updates to the kitchen supplies, bedding, and master bedroom, this could be an even better vacation rental.

Biking, Kayaking, Birding and Fishing

If you enjoy any of these activities, check out this cottage near Missisquoi National Wildlife Refugee. Enjoy Lake Champlain with its s shimmers and sunset and so much to do at hand. Cottage is comfortable on a quiet street.

We booked this rental to get away from our busy lives and relax and this was perfect for us. The balcony is where we spent hours and hours just watching the sun set, reading books, drinking coffee and wine. The location was perfect for us because our only agenda was to relax. We did find a fantastic winery, a few towns to explore, and a sandy beach (dune) that we had all to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. Also I’m not too proud to say the couches provided the perfect naps, pure heaven.

We had a great stay in this lovely pet friendly home! It was a family vacation, two adults, 4 kids ages 17-21.The views were amazing!! The kitchen fully stocked, nice size bedrooms, living room, and play room. We loved the use of the kayaks and being lakeside. To get to down to the lake there were a lot of stairs, but we didn't mind and the kids loved it! Would definitely recommend, the host Josie was very responsive and friendly!!

This property was very spacious inside and outside. The sunsets were amazing. The house was very clean with everything we needed and the communications with Josie was great. We highly recommend this place and look forward to going back.

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful place in a great location. Unbeatable view of Lake Champlain. We wanted to get away from our usual rat race in our home state for a few days and this was the perfect place. The communication with the owner when I had a question was great. Highly Recommended!

Gorgeous view

My husband and I fell in love with the balcony view!! Very relaxing and peaceful. The house is quite spacious, which was good for our large dog to roam around. We luckily had a week of good weather and went kayaking almost every day. Everything was nice and clean and well stocked as well.

This was the first property we have stayed at where my first thought was, I could see us coming back here. The only real drawbacks to me were the lack of washer, dryer, and the AC wasn't really suffcient for 90 degree farenheit days(of which we had several). It would have also been nice if the lake wasn't low, but that's not the propery's fault!

The cottage was exactly when I expected everything we needed was there. The hostess was readily available for any problems that may have arisen. We enjoyed ourselves and we would go back. Thank you, Josie great time.
