Hi Anginas. Unfortunately, this owners experience with you as a guest wasn’t a great one. Instead of responding individually to your criticisms that range from false, to petty… even taking time during your stay to insult, here were your basic commitments as a guest. Be respectful of the home someone entrusted you with. Follow the house rules. And conduct oneself as if looking to be invited back. Unfortunately, your party fell short of these very basic asks. This platform isn’t meant to exercise interior decorating tips or spend a superfluous amount of time trying to search for defects. You were presented with a clean, safe, as is unit to enjoy yourselves. Please do better for future owners, managers, and vendors that have worked very hard for you.

Hi Mary. Regrettably, after looking through your review, there's some important feedback that's worth sharing. Here's the parking information directly from the booking site; "PARKING: Each guest will have access to (1) ONE 8'x14' assigned parking space. Suites 1-3 park up front next to the road while 4-6 park in the rear of the building. DO NOT double park if looking to avoid a tow. Guests driving "oversized vehicles" (from SUVs to pickups) may have issues fitting comfortably. Any additional community parking spaces would have availability on a first come first serve basis. We do not recommend any local lot or proprietor." Either your party decided not to heed our guidance in advance, or didn't bother reviewing it. Either way, the onus falls on your parties respective judgement once provided with a crystal clear overview of the parking area, including dimensions and photographs as to whether or not to rent this space. With regards to providing protective encasements, we apologize your family found them inconvenient. Because not all guests treat properties the way they should be treated, and some do not read nor follow house rules (parking, linens, etc.), we are always going to gear towards protecting the hygiene and integrity of a stay for a guest. There were no internet interruptions during your stay for any unit here, and no voicemails/emails were left with our maintenance team nor myself. It sounds as if there were no issues to report based on the feedback! We do understand in this current climate, some guests will choose to be negative simply to be negative. At the end of the day, the home provided to you by the owner was EXACTLY as advertised, and without issue. We do hope you choose to have a better experience on future adventures!
