Timberline Haus - une propriĂ©tĂ© de SkyRun Nederland Timberline Haus est une nouvelle maison magnifique surplombant Barker Reservoir. Cette maison se trouve Ă  seulement 15 minutes de la station de ski Eldora et est idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour passer une matinĂ©e de dĂ©tente Ă  profiter des pistes avant la pointe de la matinĂ©e. AprĂšs avoir passĂ© une journĂ©e Ă  la montagne, arrĂȘtez-vous et amusez-vous au centre-ville de Nederland. Lorsque vous arrivez pour la premiĂšre fois dans cette maison, vous remarquerez que cela ne ressemble Ă  aucune des autres propriĂ©tĂ©s environnantes. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans le garage et vous rendre dans cette belle maison. Lorsque vous entrez pour la premiĂšre fois dans le garage, vous vous retrouvez dans la «salle Ă  boue», oĂč se trouvent la laveuse et la sĂ©cheuse auxquelles vous avez accĂšs pendant votre sĂ©jour. Vous remarquerez probablement que tous les sols sont en bĂ©ton et chauffĂ©s, bien rangĂ©s! Une fois que vous entrez dans la maison, vous serez balayĂ©s par les vues sur l'eau et sur le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec la cuisine et le salon. Sortez sur l'immense terrasse oĂč vous pourrez savourer un bon dĂźner barbecue tout en restant au coin du feu avec la famille. La chambre principale se trouve au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et est dotĂ©e de fenĂȘtres allant du plafond au sol et donnant sur le rĂ©servoir. Ne vous inquiĂ©tez pas, nous avons des rideaux occultants lorsque vous avez besoin de sieste aprĂšs une journĂ©e de ski ou de randonnĂ©e. Il y a une salle de bains principale attenante Ă  la chambre principale et un immense placard! En bas, vous trouverez 2 autres chambres et une salle de bains. Une des chambres a un lit queen et une salle de bain attenante et l'autre chambre a 2 grands lits superposĂ©s oĂč vous pouvez envoyer les enfants jouer. En sortant du rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous trouverez une terrasse arriĂšre couverte oĂč le bain Ă  remous vit. La vue depuis le bain Ă  remous est tout simplement spectaculaire et nous gardons toujours le spa bien chaud! Simply an amazing place to stay and visit. Nederland itself is such a cool small town with a lot of very friendly people. The views from the property are just stunning. We lucked out with some amazing sunsets and even some distant thunderstorms that were a real treat to watch passing over the mountains. Highly recommend this place and is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed!

This is the second time we pick this property for our winter vacation and we absolutely love it. This is a modern and well equiped property. The views are amazing and the comunication with the property manager was great. We will be back next year.

The house is better and larger than it looks in the photo's. The view is bigger and wider than the photo's. It's very quite there we were the only ones on the hill when we were there. The sliders on the glass wall open so you have a 16 to 18 foot opening to the deck. Drive around the mountains around Nederland has a lot of trails and not that many people like Estes Park has. Nederland has good places to eat. The local store is good also if you want to do your own cooking and the house is set up to do that and it's nice to look at that view while you are eating.

the best trip ever

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It’s exactly as described, even more beautiful in person. The views were breathtaking. We had a slight issue checking in (code wasn’t working) but the property management team was great and extremely responsive and got us in right away! I highly recommend this property. There is so much to do within the property and it’s a close drive to the downtown area that was very quaint and exactly what we were looking for. If we are back in the area, we would want to stay at this property again!

Amazing property

Every time i stay at a hotel or i rent any property i think that next time at this area I'll stay at a different place just to try something new. This house is so excellent that i want to stay only here if i happen to travel to Colorado again. Floor plan, design, location exceeded our expectations. We were only sad when we were leaving it.

Utterly amazing

I have stayed at rental properties all over the country. I have never experienced the perfect property....until now. Everything about this place is the pinnacle of perfection. It is the perfect hoise, in the perfect location. The staff of Skyrun is world class. Upon check-in, they texted me with a number that made them available 24/7. If you have any little ones, the house comes stocked with things to make life simple. High chair, baby gate, back packer for hiking, etc. Then, there are the views. Ive never been in awe like that. Opening the wall of glass and having an open air home to stay in was perfect. You will not regret staying here!

Awesome place (with a small caveat)

We loved this place. The hot tub, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and especially THE VIEW. The one caveat would be that the main TV could use a change is the projector TV is useless when there is a sunny day (sunlight drowns out the projector). THanks for a great place.

What a dream! Perfect Location, Stunning Views

What an exceptional property! Perfect blend of clean and modern yet comfy and cozy! Almost at the peak of a mountain with unobstructed, stunning views. Perfect temperatures in the summer! Imagine being less than 30 minutes from Boulder, the city that has everything you could possibly need AND less than a 2 mile walk/run/drive to the adorable small town of Nederland. Can only imagine how wonderful this place would be during Ski Season. While we typically ski other areas of Colorado, after staying in Nederland, we would definitely consider coming back to this house and skiing Eldora. We have stayed in so many vacation homes and this was definitely one of the best. Top notch. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

an ideal retreat space

We booked the Timberline Haus for a small artist retreat, and it turned out to be the ideal location! The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and writing. Every indoor space receives ample natural light that is conducive to creative practices. The options for hiking are ample and conveniently nearby. We look forward to staying again :)

Mountain Home

The house is beautiful with great views of the reservoir and mountains. It is situated close to Boulder, Rocky Mtn. Nat’l Park, Estes. Great kitchen and well equipped. It is very remote however and there is not much to do in the town of Nederland but it’s accessible for driving excursions. Hot tub does not work too well.

Stunning views and exceptional service

We had a fantastic stay during spring break. About 5 min to Nederland, 25 min from Boulder and 15 min from Eldora, you’re not far from anything. The house is stunning and so comfortable. We had great communication with SkyRun, the managers and they were available to answer all questions. Loved the hot tub after skiing! 10/10 would book again.
