Bienvenue à Totem Vista Mountain House. Notre maison sur mesure à poteaux et poutres se trouve sur trois acres au bout d'un chemin privé et borde des milliers d'acres de forêt nationale.

 Nous offrons une maison unique où vous avez d'énormes vues sur la division tout en écoutant la rivière qui coule dans la vallée ci-dessous, c'est assez incroyable.

Notre maison est confortable, confortable, propre et entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Vues incroyables de la division continentale, rivière qui traverse la vallée en face, forêt nationale derrière. Niché loin de tout mais proche de Nederland (7 milles), Blackhawk / Central City / Casiono (14 milles) Boulder (24 milles) Denver (41 milles) et DIA (63 milles)

Des températures estivales parfaites à 8500 pieds. Grands sentiers de randonnée et de vélo de montagne de la maison. Le feuillage d'automne est incroyable avec la prairie de trembles sur la propriété. Des activités hivernales passionnantes à proximité, notamment le ski alpin et de ski de fond Eldora, à 18 km. Veuillez avoir 4WD, AWD ou 2WD avec des chaînes pour accéder à notre maison. Bain à remous sur le pont pour se détendre et observer les étoiles. Un totem de 20 pieds sculpté à la main et une vue imprenable sur la montagne rendent cette escapade unique.

Great place to relax with friend and family. Only there for two nights but easily could have stayed longer. The host was great and answered any questions we had.

Great mountain getaway

We enjoyed the cabin in the mountains. It was clean comfortable and well-stocked. The owner was helpful and it was easy to self-checkin. The location is remote, but town is only 15 minutes away.

Nederland Cabin

My family had a great time at the cabin. It was about 10 minutes from Nederland so it was the perfect location for us. Plenty of rooms and clean. Simple instructions for checking in and out. Oh and the hot tub was an absolute plus!

Awesome views and stay

Really love this house. It has easy access to hiking and beautiful views. Definitely need a AWD or 4WD especially for the drive way. David is a awesome host and quickly responded to any inquiries that arose

Amazing Views!

Property was everything we were hoping for. The expansive deck provided amazing views and plenty of space for 8 of us to enjoy grilled dinners each night. Hot tub was great for the evenings and the property makes you feel truly remote.

Beautiful wedding

Great place for simple relaxation. We had a great weekend with family. We were a little sad that we were not able to use the grill due to no gas for the grill but we still had a great time.

Beautiful views

Our mother had never seen the mountains. Her favorite part of our visit to CO was sitting on the deck, enjoying the view of the mountains. The rest of us enjoyed spending time hiking in the very nearby National Forest. We already have our next stay here booked!

Family get together

Overall we had a great time. Great views. The kids had fun hiking. Our trips to Boulder and Nederland were a blast from the past. The trail up to the cabin is not for unskilled drivers.

great place to stay

The house was great. Loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. Right after we got there a moose graced us with his presents it was amazing. We will definitely be staying there again. Wish we would have stayed longer. My daughter is a ski instructor at eldora. The town is so cute and they have great places to eat lunch or dinner. Thank you

What a view!

This place was simply amazing! The views were AWESOME!! We had a small wedding and it was perfect! The driveway was steep but all the vehicles made it up fine, even the cars! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to escape the city!

What an amazing house.

We stayed here so we could go snowboarding in Eldora. The house was located only 15 minutes away. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The views were amazing to wake up to every morning. The afternoon we were able to see Elk from the huge deck. We had a great time.

Wonderful Trip!

I would recommend this home to any family! It is incredible with plenty of space. The view is beautiful and the deck is the perfect place to relax and spend time with family and friends! Beautiful home in a great location - killer views

We visited Ned for a friends Bachlorette party. This home was perfect. Tons of space for the 7 of us. Sprawling decks and two living areas. There are hiking trails right from the house. The weather didn’t cooperate but the hot tub made it all better! Thanks David for your hospitality and a lovely weekend.

Nederland Ski Week

Scenic property in the woods. Not updated and had poor Wifi, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The fourth, smallest bedroom did not work well--no windows and loud noise from the furnace that adjoined the room.

Amazing host and property

Property was nicely tucked away without being too hard to access. Definitely do need 4wd or awd to get up the driveway but it's doable. The deck had an amazing view, tons of space and a wonderful place to get away for a bit. Every morning the hummingbirds were great company. All in all would definitely recommend.

Cozy, amazing views, pet friendly

We had a great time. Family of 9. Amazing views, kitchen has everything you need, comfy beds and enough space for everyone. Cons: the jacuzzi was not working, the thermostat were not showing the current temperature and the water in the walk in basement did not warm. Recommend for families! Great bonding time and plenty to do! Just 20 min to the Eldora Ski Resort and 10 min to small super friendly Nederland.

Thank you for your review and patience while the deep freeze challenged our boiler temporarily and as you knew before arrival about the demise of the hot tub. Now, there’s a brand new hot tub and all is well.

Great Location

Great Location. Hot tub was perfect for 4 people. Wi-Fi worked really well. No cell phone service through Verizon. Place was not very clean and had lots of ants. Had to buy some ant traps because there were so many. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Also, our house cleaners do an incredible job so I’m not sure if there were other issues than the ants? I only wish is you could have let us know so it could have been handled immediately.

What's great about this property is that it's very private, with no drive by traffic and surrounded by national forest. There's hiking and biking trails from the home and we're close to Nederland yet it feels very remote.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is unique because you can actually hear the river while enjoying the huge view of the mountains, (continental divide) Since we're surrounded by national forest, we have many animals come visit and that's what inspired the hand carved 20' Totem Pole that stands in front of our home. If you want privacy, this is it, we back to National Forest and at end of driveway.
