We had a great stay and location was great! Only issue we had the people above got up early to bake for the bakery around the corner. We all adjusted to that!!

Great location, everything was walkable in town. We loved exploring the local attractions and made several trips across the street to the library with our toddlers. Host helped us check in slightly early which was very helpful and was communicative throughout our stay and provided some great recommendations!

Perfect for small group or couple. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Overflow parking was great for my huge rental SUV. Close to everything in Nedeland. New Moon bakery is must go to.

Clean and close to Eldora

Stayed here so our teenage boys could snowboard at Eldora which was conveniently 10 min away. Also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and would stay again.

Great place to stay for a ski/mountain get away!

My family and I rented this apartment for a local ski get away. It was wonderful! A quiet place to rest and close to restaurants for evening fun. Especially close to Eldora which made for easy mornings up the mountain!

Meticulously clean inside the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The kitchen had everything I needed. The hosts were responsive to my inquiries. The parking space assigned to me was often in use by others. Not a huge problem because I wasn't using a car, but when family members came to drop off or pick up, there was usually no place to park.

Nice place to stay in Nederland

With limited places to stay in Nederland, this is a great location close to restaurants and grocery store. Parking was a little challenging but doable. 4th sleeping area is a pull out couch. Kitchen was well supplied, lots of nice towels readily available, very clean and updated Management was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Mountain Getaway

We had an enjoyable stay. The location of the apartment was ideal, even though the town of Nederland isn't that big. The unit was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were great. Modern with all of the amenities included. The owners are extremely responsive which was also a definite plus. Our only suggestion would be to put a thicker pad/mattress on the single bed. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Great location, very clean

Just stayed here during my son's spring break for 3 nights so he could ski Niederland. Location is perfect, the unit was very clean and the property managers are excellent and responsive. A few issues. There are 2 bedrooms, but there was no privacy for the second bedroom so it was a bit more challenging with my friend staying who was also skiing with us. Wish I had known that ahead of time since we wanted a two bedroom unit. The main bedroom has privacy but with my son on the couch, was a bit more challenging. Also, the wifi is very spotty! One other issue early which the property managers were great at dealing with - it's a bottom unit and the walls are thing and the people above us were super noisy until late. I mentioned this to the property managers and it wasn't an issue the other two nights. Overall, I definitely recommend the unit and the property managers are easy, nice and responsive. Just worth mentioning a few of the items that weren't as ideal. The location is great. (the main parking space is a bit challenging to pull out of but not a huge deal). Checkout was super easy and as good as I've experienced doing a VRBO.
