The condo is beautifully furnished and stocked with ample kitchen and beach essentials. The balcony is spacious and offers gorgeous gulf views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year!

I will preference this by saying we had horrible weather to start the week, but then had to leave the property due to hurricane evacuations. Thus far we have not heard back from them management company on how they plan to handle reimbursing us for being forced to leave.The location is ideal. The beach is white sugar sand. The dining around the area fabulous. The unit itself was basically clean, but showed its age a bit. The fridge/Freezer is functioning, but could use to be replaced. The freezer door doesn't close correctly. The freezer doesn't make enough ice in one day for 4 people in a yeti cup. You have to purchase ice at the pool deck in an ice vending machine. There is a washer and dryer, but the dryer vent had not been cleaned in months. We had to do that part in order to get our towels dried. Attention to maintenance details is not great. They had two coffee makers. The Keurig (which we brought the coffee with us) didn't work. Asked for a replacement and they brought a drip pot. The beds. Terrible. Mattress and pillow toppers were so old and have divots in them. I think beds are a pretty big part of the stay and for what they are charging, they should replace the mattresses and Keurig at the bare minimum. All other furnishings were suffice. I hope that the management or owners do the right thing about the hurricane evacuation. We don't live locally and needed to find another hotel, which was all the way in Tallahassee.

Best beach ever

We’ve been coming to Sandestin for 20 years- most of them staying in Westwinds- you can’t beat the convenience of being right on the beach with a pool, hot tub and fantastic sunset views:-)

First Sandestin Trip

Great trip to Sandestin. Loved this unit for the great views, comfortable beds and golf cart included with the rental. Pool is relaxing and it has food and beverages available for purchase. The resort has fun activities for kids of all ages.

Sandestin 2nd stay

This was a repeat stay for us because we loved the trip so much. The condo was the perfect size and location for my family (2 adults, 2 kids 5) and my in-law. They had their space, we had ours. The proximity to beach was amazing, pool kept the kids entertained and the golf cart allowed access to the resort across the highway and restaurants/shopping. Highly recommended this stay though maybe I shouldn’t so we can keep staying here!

Amazing condo, perfect location, responsive management!

Wow this condo was perfect in every way! As lovely as the pictures from the furnishings to the view. We had a few small items to bring to management attention when we arrived and not only were they quick to respond but also quick to remedy. The location was perfect and we enjoyed being able to drive the golf cart around the resort! We will definitely be back to this condo!

The place was super clean and gorgeous, a few reviews said the place was unclean and dirty, however I thought the opposite. We stayed for my bachelorette trip with my mom, sister, grandma, and friends and it was so fun! This was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed at, and would recommend to others! We hope to be back for sure!!
