Cette toute nouvelle propriété face à la plage / océan dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complÚtes.
La chambre principale a un lit king avec des portes françaises avec vue sur l'océan, dressing et salle de bain attenante avec douche à l'italienne. 2Úme chambre a un lit queen, aussi, avec des portes françaises avec vue sur l'océan. 3Úme chambre a une reine et un lit superposé. A l'étage salle de bain a une promenade dans une douche vitrée. Chaque chambre a sa propre climatisation / chauffage.

Le premier étage se compose d'une belle cuisine avec une ßle de 9 x 5 avec des tabourets de comptoir, un bar avec une boisson / vin sous le comptoir réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson électrique, four encastré, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et centre de café. Le salon a un canapé, une causeuse et un 55 "TV à écran plat. WiFi et télévision directe est inclus. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le garde-manger de la cuisine. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complÚte avec une douche de plain-pied à cet étage. SystÚme de sécurité. Le pont Trex s'étend sur la longueur du dos et d'un cÎté de la maison. La terrasse a un ensemble de patio et un barbecue.

La maison est situĂ©e sur Latimer Point surplombant l'Ăźle de Fisher sur .25 acres et il y a un parking pour 4 voitures. Descendez Ă  l'eau pour la pĂȘche, le crabe, le kayak, le paddleboard, le pĂ©dalo ou le canoĂ«. Contactez-moi au sujet de l'amarrage de votre bateau. La maison est dans une association qui a un parc avec un fer Ă  cheval et une aire de jeux adjacente Ă  l'une des deux plages, ce qui est idĂ©al pour les enfants. Vous pouvez faire du vĂ©lo Ă  l'Ă©picerie qui se trouve Ă  1,6 km.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We have stayed at Elizabeth's property three years running and have every intention to continue doing so. The property is perfect; spacious and immaculate. The views are stunning and the community is charming. Access to the private beach is super convenient and its perfect for kids.

Short Family Retreat

Traveled from Florida to this amazing area that we are familiar with. Met our children from Boston and NY. Enjoyed a few days together in this wonderfully situated home. The house had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. We had a great stay.

Beautiful water view

We had a wonderful time at this waterfront property in Stonington. Beautiful views of the sound from the living room, deck and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Very nice kitchen with a ton of dishes/glasses/utensils/pans, etc. Living room was nice for relaxing and watching a movie - dining room was very large where we could play a board game and still have room at the other end for eating. Nice quiet location just a short drive from Mystic and Stonington - lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Amazing home!

This was our first time visiting Connecticut so we were unsure what to expect with waterfront properties there and I have to say we were absolutely taken aback by the serenity and beauty. The home is absolutely gorgeous, easily accessible and very, very clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are already discussing a return trip to explore more of the area since we were on a pretty rigid schedule due to the purpose of our visit. Thank you Elizabeth for being such a wonderful host!

Beautiful House with Amazing Views

Loved this house! Looked brand new! I highly recommend. Six life long friends celebrated two 50th birthdays with a girls long weekend. The decor was a stylish beach theme, the house was right on the water and had amazing views. It was equipped with everything you would need. I enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The town was very quaint with a lot of charm.

Perfect location and beautiful home

Description is spot on! Absolutely gorgeous home on the water, tucked away in a secluded, private enclave of beachside homes. Owner was very attentive to detail! Very clean, very comfortable and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye! You will mot be disappointed! There is so much to do if you want (Mystic, Foxwoods & Rhode Island) or, just relax on the beach. Elizabeth was truly a pleasure to deal with and was very efficient getting back to me with my many questions. Thank you for being so wonderful to deal with. Can’t wait to come back!

Heavenly view all day long

The beach house was a lovely space. The area was quiet and peaceful. We had a house in westerly for 15 years so it was great visiting old and new places. Some went under during the pandemic, new ones appeared! Love this area of the country.

Amazing views + Beautiful house (2nd stay)

This is our second stay in this house. That should tell you something right there. Beautiful home, with amazing views and all of the amenities. Very quaint, quiet neighborhood with lots to do in the area. The owner responded back to me immediately with any questions that I had. You can’t go wrong with this house.

Stay Away

The house may be lovely but the owner is not. We had an issue with a broken blind in the master bedroom. I told Elizabeth I had insurance but she did not wait for the process and charged my visa $600.00 right away. Be aware there is are a lot of expensive surfaces in this house and a very nasty owner. Guests are warned not to get olive oil or wine on the large marble island but may not understand she will quickly charge your visa upwards of $4000.00 to replace it if you do. It's not worth it. Stay somewhere else!!

Wonderful property

Beautiful setting inside and out. Photos very accurately reflect this wonderful property. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen seemed very well appointed. Wonderfully located as well. Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive through the process. A wonderful find.

Beautiful home in an amazing community

We loved our trip to this home. We love the little community that it is located in. We spent our days at the beach right down the street. The house was very cleaned and very well maintained. The view which could be seen from almost anywhere in the house was amazing. The house is less than 10 minutes from downtown mystic. We would definitely go back

The home was perfect,.pretty much beatiful everything,. Clean.and neat,. Excellent for lounging inside and out on the deck,. Cozy,. Paddle boards and kayaks were great..we will return in a second!!
