Ocean views from all four bedrooms. Waterfront retreat hosting family and friend getaways, nomadic telework & digital detox. House located between Downtown Mystic & Stonington Borough - close to Mystic Aquarium & Seaport, Groton Submarine, Coast Guard, breweries, vineyards and more. 4 beds, 3 baths (w/ brand new Primary and Guest Baths!), Nespresso coffee bar, new stainless steel appliances, office w/ desk & high speed internet, new deck, refinished floors, remodeled kitchen, new washer & dryer & energy efficient heating/AC mini-splits.

House is 2 hr to New York & Boston, 1 mile from Amtrak Station. Family-friendly w/ tennis, basketball, playground, soccer, fishing, boating, running/walking trails, beaches and more.

Parties are not allowed, and we have pet restrictions that require an extra day of cleaning (hence the high fee), so please inquire before booking a pet.

We've heard that sustainability is important to our guests, and it is important to us. We have energy-efficient A/C and heating mini-splits, lowering our carbon footprint.

We also participate in Little Pink Houses of Hope (https://www.littlepink.org/) providing retreats for those battling breast cancer and their families.

Lovely home fabulous view

Elizabeth was the perfect host. Very thoughtful and communicating every step of the way. Went out of her way to make us comfortable and welcomed. House is bright,cheerful, and immaculate Our family had a wonderful time in and we created great memories. Most of all Outstanding views ! We will definitely return! Perfect for couples or families.

Vrbo Experience

Renting the Vrbo home was a great experience. Elizabeth was wonderful to deal with right from our first messaging. She answered my questions and provided all the details and information needed. The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Pictures cannot begin to do it justice. All the residents in the area were kind and friendly as we walked through the neighborhood and by the water. The view from every room of the house was spectacular. My family and I are truly grateful for our time there and the beautiful memories we take with us.

Incredible views and location! Booked again for next year.

Pictures do not do this place justice! Instant relaxation for my family and me. The ocean views are incredible. The host was responsive, left the property neat and tidy, and had clear materials to guide us through our stay. The location was steps from multiple beaches and fishing docks, plus my kids loved the recreation center with soccer fields, basketball courts, and tennis. We stayed in January 2022, and even in the colder offseason we found plenty to do with Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport so close by. The house was perfect for our trip which included half family getaway, half girls weekend. After my family left, two girlfriends came and stayed and we enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping and long walks throughout the seaside neighborhood. Plus the internet speed allowed for easy teleworking in between. What a neat property and location! We've already booked again for next year!

Loved Spending Time on the Amazing Deck!

Loved our stay at this wonderful location! The deck is beautiful and comfortable and an ideal place for family and friends to gather! Other highlights are the master bedroom, the gorgeous views from most rooms, and the fantastic air conditioning/ temperature control system! (It was so fantastic that I’m looking into replacing my central air conditioning with this system!) The owners are very caring, wonderful people with fantastic communication! Keep in mind that this gem is still a “Work in Progress” and you won’t have any regrets staying in this wonderful location at Lord’s Point!

Hello, my name is Elizabeth. Between the pandemic and an accident that led to months of rehabilitation, our family found an escape in savoring the joys of sea life -- fishing, swimming, local food, ocean views and so much more. And in the process, we also began to "see life" differently.

Thus we returned to our Connecticut roots and found this spot in Stonington to be the ultimate escape from the fast pace of urban life.

There is nothing my boys love more than sitting on the nearby docks and fishing the day away. And the entire family enjoys exploring the delicious and evolving food, drink, and restaurant options in Mystic and Stonington. Local businesses are constantly raising the bar!

And while we love to eat, fish, and swim as much as possible, we are keen to share our house when we aren't here. Our hope is to find guests who will cherish this space as much as we do.
