If you're looking for the best location in Mystic, you've found it!

Just a short walk along the water's edge brings you to historic downtown with great restaurants, shopping, and the Mystic Bridge! Explore maritime history at Mystic Seaport, only steps away. Paddle the Mystic River in any of our four kayaks. Beaches, the Mystic Aquarium, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos, the CT Wine Trail, and many more things to do are all within a 20-minute drive!

We're here to make your stay go smoothly!

The Space
Completely private full first-floor apartment of a two-family house, with coded self-entry, two bedrooms, living room, full bath with shower in bathtub, a full kitchen with microwave and a wide selection of coffee makers and coffee styles (including Keurig, Nespresso espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and French press - we're kind of coffee nuts!) and a laundry room in apartment. Please note that the second floor is owner-occupied, so you may from time to time hear the usual sounds associated with having upstairs neighbors.

The property is location in walking distance to downtown Mystic and the seaport. We walked for coffee every morning and for dinner each night. The front porch was perfect for evening chats and playing cards.The house itself is charming and makes you feel immersed in the areas history.The availability of kayaks for the four of us was a nice treat. We kayaked down the river for dinner, passing under the bridge. So cool!

Perfect place in the perfect location. Definitely a home away from home. My first time in Mystic and I was delighted it was so walkable, especially right from where I was staying. The porch is so inviting, and inside the ceiling fans created just the right breeze. (There is ac but we didn’t need it) As typical in older homes, rooms are separate but in this place there’s still an open flow and lots of light. It’s really charming! I look forward to staying here again.

Highly recommend this place. House was roomy and loved the front porch for morning coffee. It was in great spot to walk around Mystic. Next to the Seaport and scenic walk along river to the Mystic River Bascule Bridge area. Can’t go wrong with this place.
