Magasin général des années 1930 qui est confortable et accessible à pied au centre-ville

Ceci est une maison de deux étages avec trois chambres, une salle de bain complète et un demi-bain.

MAÎTRISER
Le Master est au premier étage et comprend un lit queen, une télévision à écran plat et une commode pour vos affaires.
La salle de bain complète a deux lavabos, une baignoire profonde et une douche. Vous aurez des serviettes de qualité 'hôtel', le shampoing Joico et un produit de lavage pour le corps inclus.

Il y a un lave-linge / sèche-linge, mais n'est disponible que si vous restez 5+ jours.

Deuxième histoire
L'étage a deux chambres avec salle de bain et demi (toilette et lavabo). Une chambre à coucher a un grand lit avec une fenêtre sur la cour et le puits de lumière.

La deuxième chambre a un grand lit avec un coin salon et un accès au grand balcon. L'endroit idéal pour boire un café le matin ou un verre de vin le soir et regarder les belles étoiles.

Cette propriété était un magasin général, donc les plafonds sont bas dans certains endroits, y compris la salle de bain.

CUISINE
Vous avez une cuisine entièrement équipée qui a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire un dîner de Thanksgiving ou réchauffer une pizza. Vous avez une gauffreuse pour faire des crêpes, un gaufrier, une cafetière (nous incluons le café, le thé, le sucre), un micro-ondes, etc. Toutes les assiettes, couteaux, tasses sont inclus ainsi que diverses épices que vous pouvez utiliser.

Salle à manger définit 6 très confortablement. Super endroit pour partager un repas ou jouer à des jeux. Il existe différents jeux disponibles à emprunter et généralement un puzzle ou deux pour commencer ou ajouter.

Nous sommes amis des chiens. Pour votre commodité, prévoyez un abreuvoir par gravité de 2,5 gallons pour votre bébé à la fourrure.
NOTE: Les chiens ne sont PAS autorisés à monter dans les escaliers à cause des escaliers raides (à moins qu'ils puissent garder leurs pattes sur la rampe pour descendre)

Wonderful Rental House

Perfect Hideaway in Prescott

The General Store was charming. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The fenced area was great for our fur baby. The kitchen was had everything we needed for our stay. Dining table was large so my husband happily could do his puzzles. Our host, Debb, was very very responsive when we had a question.

4th of July weekend

Had a wonderful time. It was a sweet and comfortable little home . Just as sweet as could be. Nice backyard for our two basset hounds ! Nice kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable bed ! Just what you need for a weekend getaway! You will love it too !

I visited Prescott when I was 16 and always want to come back; 40 years later, I finally did.
I am in the hospitality business and have always wanted to own a 'bed and breakfast' this is the next best thing.

I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We were told that this home was built in the 1930's and was the general store. The property was very tired and needed some tender loving care. We had to jack up the house to level it because it was built on dirt. The dirt was black and rich. We were told that this neighborhood was where the Chinese farmers lived and grew all of the vegetables for the town.
We found a rock shaped like a heart that I painted purple and is now resting under a tree in the backyard.
The property is large with a water well in the shed; kinda cool.

Walking distance to almost everything. The Plaza is 1.2 miles.
We are 3 blocks from the Rodeo grounds, grocery stores, and fast food around the corner.
There is a nail and hair salon down the street and almost everything you can think of within a 5-12 minute walk.
A full kitchen for a Thanksgiving dinner or a get-together with some wine and cheese, putting together a crossword puzzle.
There is a balcony on the 2nd floor to drink coffee or just watch time go by.
The backyard is completely fenced for you and your fur baby to enjoy.
