Family weekend get away

This house was perfect for my family! Each had our own room and bathroom with a nice gathering area! Loved the location as well!

Great Location, Nice Place

Everything was great with our stay, I had no complaints. Beautiful views and close to town. Having three bathrooms in a three bedroom was also great. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay

Quick Wedding Getaway

Took our kids up here for a quick overnight stay. The property was super cute and my kids had a great time running around in the backyard. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect little getaway spot

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Prescott. Close enough to all the places we wanted to see but far enough out to enjoy the quiet. Plenty of room and amazing views. Host was very responsive and made everything seamless. Definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful home!

We were in Prescott for my son’s sporting event. We chose a VRBO so we could all stay as a family. This home was spectacular. The view was amazing, dark night sky from the patio was spectacular. The home was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities and necessities. It’s very close to downtown but in a nice quiet area. We will be back!

The house was very clean which is the most important to us. Good communication with host. We had a lot going on during the days so we were only there at night but they had everything we needed.

Overnight Stay

My family and I had a wonderful overnight stay! The house was super spacious and cozy, had super cute decor and amazing views! Property manager was super friendly and we had open communication before and during our stay which made everything smooth sailing! We would definitely stay here again and recommend for others to stay here also, thank you! :)

Very good house

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable in this house. Nice, clean & Spotless. We enjoyed the Nice view at the patio. Very relaxing. Hopefully we will return in the future. Highly recommended.

Could have been better

Not enough furniture in bedrooms, fan in one bathroom with bathtub didn’t work. Beds were very hard. Pillows were very flat. Gravel in the front was difficult to navigate since on an incline. Very few towels. No Kleenex. Just not very high quality overall.

Bring bedding, paper goods, and be prepared to live with your trash in the dining room

This was a poor experience. We were told to leave garbage inside because of animals getting into trash. No trash cans provided inside, The trash outside had no way to secure the lid. 1 week with all your trash in the dinning room doesn't cut it. No directions for heat, no notes with wifi password. All communication was only by website so we had to wait until the next day to get a response. Each bed had a thin bedspread and sheet NO blankets. We requested and host said to use the throws on a ladder downstairs. Other family lived close so they brought blankets, paper towels, kleenex, toilet paper, pillows and mattress pad. Our pregnant person could not sleep on the very hard bed. Our 89 year old grandma was also not able to sleep in the other hard bed with no blankets.
