This condo is exactly how it is described & photographed on VRBO. Beautiful beyond words! The owner was very easy to work with and communication was excellent. My family had a wonderful relaxing ....all in the comfort of this condo!

We stayed 3 nights during Thanksgiving holidays for my daughter’s Field Hockey Tournament. The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Mike is a great host and easy to reach. The staff at the pool and beach were really nice. We wished we could stay longer, we will definitely come back!

This condo was simply amazing! Everything from booking to check out is top notch and world class. The grounds are impeccable and you won’t find a better gym at any condominium anywhere. Both fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and shopping of all kind are nearby. It was a perfect family trip!

Just a great time

We had a wonderful stay in Michael's condo. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Its beautiful, spacious, comfortable and has wonderful views. The amenities here are terrific. On top of that I have to say that Michael was very proactive before and during our trip - letting us know of pending weather, occurring events at the Ritz,.... My only regret now is that we have to leave and we're heading for the airport.

My husband and I stayed in Michaels condo for a few days this week. We were SO impressed! The place is absolutely beautiful!! ALL the amenities you need -- he has everything! The beds were SO comfy and the view is to die for!! Beautiful pools -- amazingly comfortable pool chairs. The condo was amazing and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Michael!! 5 stars!!!

This residence is phenomenal! Our expectations are very high and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It is elegant, spotless, and very comfortable for our family of four (kids ages 9 and 14). We all agreed it was one of our best vacations ever. The pools were beautiful, and the private beach was a family favorite. The unit has two balconies, one is ocean front and the other has a western view of the inter coastal waterway. The sunsets were breathtaking as was morning coffee on the oceanfront side. The balconies are comfortably furnished and oh so relaxing. Read almost an entire book out there! The owner, Mike was awesome! He provided a list of restaurants and activities to do in the area. Carmines restaurant is an absolute must!! Checking in and out was very quick and easy. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Mike for sharing your beautiful home with us. It is a slice of heaven on earth!

Panoramic views, excellent details

Wonderful. The photos understate the amazing views both of the Atlantic and of the intracoastal. In the living room there are always sailing yachts and powerboats to be seen in the Atlantic, but also unexpected craft like kite-surfers and para-sailors. One day a racing catamaran from out of nowhere cut a cusp-shaped wake at high speed across the entire scene. Spectacular. Heated pools, not crowded. The apartment has a nice unusual feature, a small office (also with a view) and a built-in desk with power outlets for your laptop. .

Great Family Trip

The residence is beautiful and just as it appears online. The view is amazing. Waking up to the sunrise was amazing. The only issue is that there isn't much in the area. We had to leave Singer Island to do most things. It could be the time of year.

5 stars all around. Beautiful property, perfect location between the beach and inter coastal.

It’s hard to imagine a better vacation rental - top notch service from Ritz staff; spacious unit with beautiful views on both sides, pool, ocean, park, plentiful nearby attractions. Mike was easy to work with. We’ll be back. I usually don’t visit places more than once, but this one is just hard to beat.

Fabulous stay at the Ritz!

Our family of 4 had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Michael’s condo in Riviera Beach! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. We were in the pools and on the beach everyday!!!! The staff at the Ritz treated us wonderfully. Our kids enjoyed the smoothies and milkshakes poolside each day! The movie room was also a hit with our kids who are 11 and 10 years old. The view from the balconies is absolutely amazing! The early mornings on the balconies are a parents dream. And last but certainly not least, the condo is gorgeous. It is very clean and spacious!!!! The kitchen is well appointed with numerous items to cook during your stay. Also, Michael is a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely helpful and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Our kids are ready to come back next year!!!!!

We have been coming to the Palm Beach area for the last 5 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed to date. The condo was more beautiful than we could have imagined and the views were outstanding! A great property with awesome owners who were very easy to work with and obviously take great pride in their Florida getaway. We LOVED it and look forward to coming back next year!!!
