The resort is beautiful. The unit was okay. If we came back, we’d stay elsewhere. We killed a roach in the kitchen (understandable in Florida but still very unpleasant) and the shower in the second bathroom didn’t have hot water. The unit itself could use a better clean (hair in the drain, dirty silverware, hair on sheets). Because of the roach, we didn’t feel comfortable using the coffee maker or toaster so that was disappointing. But the staff was polite and the view was great.

One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service to all our guests staying at this 4.5-star Marriott resort. We always welcome guest feedback. Our housekeeping company always completes a thorough checklist and documents photos of every room. I reviewed the cleaning report and photos from the check-out clean that occured prior to your arrival and see that the unit was thoroughly cleaned. The Marriott resort also sprays for pest control on a regular basis, but we would have sent a specialist to investigate the matter! I also reviewed our call log and emails and I don't see any report of these concerns. We do wish we were made aware of any of the concerns you mentioned, as we are always happy to address any maintenance or housekeeping issues in a very timely manner! We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.

Ocean was visible from the balcony and was a beautiful view. The condo was very clean and well appointed. There were a couple of issues that I sent to the management company. One was the dishwasher that needed to be secured because when you opened the door to fill it, it almost came completely out. Also there is a small water leak from the washing machine that I thought they would want to know about. Plus the light bulb in the master closet was burnt-out and there was no replacement bulb for it. One last issue was the ice maker does not work in the freezer and they have ice trays that need replacing. Other than that, the resort was beautiful. Lovely beach and great pools.

Beautiful resort with excellent service. The unit itself is good but dated. Primary bathroom lights either flickered or did not work. Air conditioning could not keep the place cool. And the TVs in the unit are significantly outdated. Expected better for the price.

The view from the Balcony is beautiful and looks northward upon both the Atlantic beach and the intercoastal waterway. We loved that we could sit in the morning and watch the sunrise or even at night and look at the city lights reflect off the water. The condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of 5 and the 2 bathrooms were extremely helpful. There are 2 pools which we also enjoyed: relaxing infinity pool and a more family oriented fun pool with a water slide. Lastly access to the beach was incredible. The resort was also very nice with friendly staff, vallet , Starbucks, and a mini reception’ every afternoon. We’d def stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

My wife and I stayed with our 2 teenage grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The kids loved the beach and pools. We enjoyed the hot tub.
